Our real estate agent referred us to Neil when we moved to Tucson 3 years ago from Chicago. After dealing with all the crooks and dishonest contractors, Neil was beyond belief. He listens, offers suggestions that usually work and is one of the most dependable contractors we have ever had the opportunity to hire. We gave him keys to our home and trust him implicitly. He finished 2 bathrooms and completed outdoor lighting in record time. There is NOTHING this man can’t accomplish!

Neil Gilligan is an extremely competent, trustworthy licensed contractor. He can do complete residential or commercial remodeling, including design work. He also makes small electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs. He has done complete home remodels for a couple of friends who were highly satisfied, and at our house he has installed light fixtures, repaired ceiling fans, and repaired and replaced outdoor lighting. He is patient, and great at solving problems and finding solutions. He calls on subcontractors as needed, but supervises them thoroughly and holds them to his own high standards.
