What can I say, it is Goodwill. Sometimes you find what you are looking for the first time around, sometimes you just have to come back until you do. This last time I was looking for some hiking pants and was able to find them (3.99) I also got a nice shirt for work for only $ 4.99.
Good prices, ok clothing selection.

This is a new Goodwill. It appears to be your typical thrift store. It is very clean and there are 3 changing rooms for trying out clothes. The clothes are very well organized into different categories and different sizes. My daughter was able to find a nice skirt and shirt for an activity she is doing this summer.

A thrift store on the Eastside = so many crafts in my future!
Right across from the Walmart on Houghton, this Goodwill is a little bit small, but has the same type and quality of items as most Goodwills. The staff here has been consistently helpful and friendly, always greeting customers as they come in and telling you the week’s color. They also are great about helping find items you’re looking for. I was searching for a few blank mugs to fix up for a gift and a staff member came over and not only helped me look, but went and found a set in the back that hadn’t been put out yet.
Along with the traditional variety of items, they also have a small section of new items for a decent price. They have a section of animal items, beauty items as well as some snacks and drinks by the registers.
All and all, it’s a bit small and has some overpriced items, but location alone makes this a great oppertunity for those of us on the southeast side of town.
