I like Dr. Gorman. However, there is one assistant who is curt, rude, and really does not seem to care about patients at the Wilmot location. She is better suited to desk and admin work and should not interact with customers. Being in the service industry and customer care since I was 13 and now representing a multi billion dollar company, it is my opinion that she is in the wrong line of work. The front desk staff should be the front line and the personality of the office. If this fails, your image is already tainted. There are many people who would be willing to do what she does but at least with a smile and a caring approach. Consider personality assessments when hiring.

I was in need of a podiatrist really bad, so of course my insurance popped up a ton of names and Dr. Gorman was close. I had to drive across town because there wasn’t an open appt. At the La Cholla office. It was worth the drive. The staff is kind, and the dr. Was on time, and efficient. I was so happy to find a dr. That was talkative and down to earth. I highly recommend him.
