This is in my opinion the only Camera shop worth going to. Guillermo and Paul are always friendly and give great advice. They never try to sell you something you don’t need. The store is perfect and always carry a wide selection of great merchandise. Thank you Greg’s Camera may you always be one of Tucson’s Gems.

Great place!!! I looked all over online for a replacement battery charger for my Nikon DSLR. Everything was quoted at least a week or more and I was in a hurry! I wish I would have found this place sooner… great service and they had what I needed!!!

Okay, so we didn’t end up purchasing our camera from Greg’s, but we definitely wish we had. My boyfriend and I came in here for some information about DSLRs since we’re trying to pick up a new hobby, and what we got was a full on crash course in the subject. I believe we spoke with Paul who was a great guy and VERY informed about the products and the field. If you’re in Tucson and you’re looking for the best possible camera experience, you need to come to Greg’s.

Paul, has helped me in the past solving a problem that the Apple store could not even after 3 separate meetings with them (one on ones).
Today, Paul really went the extra mile! I think that it is not just his expertise that makes his store so successful, but it is the obvious passion that is he has for photography.
But, quite simply, I believe that he really understood my frustration in trying to learn, yet another device… we need more business professionals like Paul .

I went to buy a lens, I really wanted to buy local because I like having little shops like this in my town. They had the lens I was looking for. The shop is a little messy and outdated looking, It looks messy in the back end of the shop, I think it just needs a good redo to modernize and freshen up the look of it. I also wish they had more variety of things or maybe the special things we can’t find anywhere else. Or the special camera bag we’ve never seen anywhere else. Besides that I was satisfied with the rest.

Excellent service and advice. I decided to get back into photography after years of ignoring the hobby. My oh my… things have changed since the days of 35 mm film cameras.
I spend hours researching and reading reviews but the amount of information was overwhelming. I decided to go to a real brick and mortar store with real humans available. I am really glad I went to Greg’s.
They took all the time necessary to bring me up to speed on the various digital SLR cameras available and then sold me a package (camera and two lenses) that perfectly meet my needs. They probably could have over sold me if they wanted to, but they worked hard to understand my needs and sold me only the equipment I needed to meet those needs.

There’s no better Camera experts than Paul and the folks at Greg’s Camera Shop! I had them do a series of wedding and holiday photos. Their expert technicians helped me tough the photos so when they printed, the results were awesome! Don’t waste your time with the big Drug Store chains and especially not a big warehouse retailer like Costco. They are not camera and printing experts! Apparently too busy for me! Great service!!!

Hands down one of the best camera shops in AZ. Stopped in to pickup a new Canon DSLR before a family trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was able to find the right camera for my needs and more. Highly recommend them, great shop!

I went here for passport photos. They’ve got good lighting and let you approve the photo before they transfer it to paper. My mother’s photos came out fabulous (she’s glam). If the pic is not to your liking, they’ll gladly take another (or another). It’s digital. Price was around 12 $ for two pics. Fast and easy — and friendly service, too.

Everyone should spend their hard earned dollars locally and if you’re into photography — this is the place to come!
I am a newbie photographer and every time I wander in this place, I leave with a wealth of information (and my pocketbook a bit lighter). You cannot get customer service like this online or at a chain store!

I had to return with a lens problem within a few days. They were super nice and helpful to insure I was completely satisfied with the situation. I only wish they were closer to El Paso where I live now
