I definitely recommend going for a tour and tasting. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgable. They make the experience fun and interesting. The whiskeys are great and I hope to go back for a bottling event sometime soon. I will definitely purchasing some del Bac in the future!

I recently volunteered to help out with bottling their whiskey(4 hour shift) and then they feed you AND give you a free bottle of whiskey! I recommend lending a hand, you’ll need to follow them on Facebook or email to get the times. The people who work here are super friendly and fun. The whiskey is delicious to boot. All in all a great distillery!

Just recently did the tour and tasting at Hamilton Distillers with my wife, while visiting from SF. We really enjoyed the entire experience. The tour was informative and fun. The tasting was a great compliment to the tour and they offered follow-up pours throughout the tasting. Overall experience with tour and tasting was about an hour long. We asked tons of questions about process, production and product information and all were answered. I highly recommend anyone visiting Tucson, to head over to Hamilton Distillers! Personally, my favorite was the Whiskey Del Bac-Clear. I love how it is reminiscent of Mezcal and can’t wait to experiment with it in cocktails. Best of luck with product rollout and distribution, hope Whiskey Del Bac comes my SF watering hole soon.

I’m glad to see a distillery open in Tucson. But the tour could be much more of an experience than it is. It took all of 5 minutes. The tasting seemed disorganized. No real discussion of the product. And the $ 20 fee for the tasting should be waived if you buy a bottle. They are certainly not pouring enough whiskey to justify the fee. But in the end the product is pretty good. I liked the classic better than the mesquite smoked versions.
