My GYN doctor wrote me an order for an annual mamo. After my annual mammogram I had to go back for an ultrasound and then a biopsy for possible breast cancer. I was told this office would call me with the biopsy results. During this entire process no one from Harmony ever called me. Several days after the biopsy I called the office and asked if my results were in and what to expect. A bothered nurse told me that my results were not in and that someone would call me. To date no one has called me from Harmony. In the meanwhile I got the results elsewhere. Can you imagine how it feels to know that you might have cancer and your provider could care less? I am looking for a new GYN office. Any recommendations?

Dr. Mercado is fabulous! I’m so glad I found her. She is attentive, and she always listens to what you have to say. She starts off each appointment with a «Hello love!» And a hug. She makes you feel comfortable and she is really gentle. My baby and I couldn’t be in better hands! Her nurse is also as sweet as can be, and is very efficient. The front desk staff can be a little overwhelmed at times and sometimes lacks cheer but for the most part they are great! I recommend Dr. Mercado to anyone that is looking for a quality OBGYN.

Made an appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Seems disorganized and over crowded. Do not come here if you value your time and can’t sit around waiting well after an appointment time.

When I called to make an appointment I was told that they thought I needed an authorization from my insurance before I could be seen hut they would look into it and call me back. The appointment day came and I showed up they said they couldn’t do anything about my birth control yet still need authorization but they would take care of it. Scheduled me for another appointment and said they’d calm if anything changed. The day comes and they say I never actually needed an authorization after all and they can remove the birth control for me. I end up arriving early as requested and still sitting in the waiting room an hour after my appointment time while 10 other women walked in and we’re called back before me one of whom I overheard did not even have an appointment. Then I am told I need to provide a urine sample after I already went to the restroom after sitting there for so long. Then I was told they couldn’t do anything for me until I was able to provide a sample and offered me warm tap water to help.
