I dealt with real estate agent Leon Askren for the period 11÷20÷12 — 11÷29÷12. My conclusions: very difficult to converse with. I requested information of which he never sent in the mail. I left several messages of which he never returned my calls. I concluded this guy is just another lazy real estate agent – he doesn’t want to have to work a little — that’s why he’s a real estate agent!!! I’m trying to run a business and guys like this waste my time and make it much harder then it has to be. And he’s in a service position!!! Also, I’m in the process of communicating with the franchisor about their lazy franchisee giving helpusell a bad name.
