In-N-Out Burger

Great fix! I haven’t had it in 3 years! We did the drive through and the person serving at the window was fresh faced and polite :)

Every time we head to Texas or back to California, we always or at least tried to stop by here to get a bite. Friendly services, staff is amazing at their job and the burgers always comes out fresh and delicious.
This is like our go to spot before heading to California or Texas (yes, we have one in San Antonio but that’s like 14 hour drive)

Simply the best burger chain in the world at this price point.

All of my west coast friends have been raving about these burgers forever. I finally had a chance to experience one on a visit to Arizona.
I understand my friends’ devotion now. The burgers and fries are delicious and the staff awesome.
Their business practices are admirable too.
Hope to have another burger soon.

Slow slow service last night! Waited approximately 25 minutes at the drive thru for two double doubles with fries. Never got an explanation on why it was taking that long. Just waited and waited and waited.
I won’t go back, it was very frustrating

In & Out, YUMM!!! The burgers here are so ridiculously amazing! The ingredients are fresh, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the location of this place is awesome. Animal style burgers are made on point here. Every time I get a chance to go to In&Out, I make every effort possible!

Slow service. Guest #4 but still waited 7 minutes for my incorrect order. Forgot my fries. Cashier said I didn’t order fries. All I said was number 1 with no tomato with a shake. Which comes with fries. He wanted me to get back in the ever increasing line to order fries. Yeah right.
He should have admitted his mistake and just got me some fries. Instead I leave unhappy and won’t return.
I also hate how ordering a shake delays your order so much. Why is it such a big deal? Why would you hand out later orders instead of making my shake first?

It’s just not a legitimate Unilocal page without a review of a classic place like this, so let’s get wild, animal style, I say!
The burgers are simply put, amazing. I know Blake’s gets a lot of cred out here and people would probably pin me against the Big Red Arrow and stone me if I said everything I really thought, but an In-​N-​Out in Albuquerque would be quite fantastic. For one, though this may not directly correlate to the taste of the joint, the employees seem like they have a pretty jolly time and I bet it would be a nice place for some high school or college students to get their part time gig on.
For two, fresh cut french fries baby. We need a bit more of that in this city. I know I chop up my own taters at home and make some magic, but it’s not that often that I’m floored by some fresh fresh fries in Burque. In-​N-​Out does it for me. Somewhat fair-​like and crisp and not too thick like steak fries but not puny like shoestring. What more can be said? They’re fantastic.
The burgers are just the juiciest dang things with a nice buoyant bun and I just can’t say no. I know the offerings of a lettuce bun for the carb free life is available, but golly I wouldn’t be able to say no to those delectable buns. I promise I’m talking about food still. Cheese gooey, toppings plenty, and a nice sauce that just hits home and sends you to your happy place.
I basically dig the whole vibe of In-​N-​Out, and maybe if we had it in town, it’d lose some of its magic because of the whole ‘the heart pines more for what the heart can’t have’ thing… or how about the stomach in this case?! But I’d support the addition of one locally. Still, let me be clear, I will travel to chow down at this eatery, so expect the likes of me around sometime soon again, I-​N-​O-​B.

My favorite fast food joint! Always consistently awesome service and food. I always order a cheeseburger with grilled onions. The animal sauce is awesome and really makes the burger! Also, I absolutely love their fries! My boyfriend hates them though. Lol. If you haven’t hit up an In-​N-​Out, you’re either the unlucky ones who don’t live on the west coast, or you live under a rock.

Fast and friendly service even with a huge crowd of people. For the service, it’s a 5 stars, but I gave it a 3 because I’m not a fan of InNOut — I never came here by myself, it’s always someone in the group who wanted InNOut so I went with the flow.
The lines were long, but they moved pretty quick. It also seems to be a popular spot for some high school sports teams so you can get huge crowds here. In fact, I saw two teams at the same time but they came and went like the locusts, so quick that I didn’t even notice… well also because the staff here were really efficient.
I saw a staff bringing out food for a customer maybe because it required a little wait. He was polite and was smiling the whole time. It seems that people who work here were content with their jobs, so that’s a good thing.
I don’t get InNOut burgers though. I guess for $ 2.50 you get a burger that’s a good price. I’m not a fan of their thousand island sauce, but I do like their pretty beefy patty. Also, I forgot they don’t serve mushrooms. I asked mushrooms for my burger and they said they didn’t have that. A burger without mushrooms is not complete… That’s one of the reasons I am not a fan. Also, their fries are ridiculous. I’m better off eating cardboard than their fries. Just ew.

We decided on this place yesterday as we were driving back to phx. What I thought would be a quick 15 min out of our trip, ended up being 45 min. We went through a packed drive thru. We ordered 2 regular burgers, 1 double-​double, 2 regular fries, 1animal fries, a shake, and iced tea. when we finally got our food, I noticed we were missing the animal fries. It was a good 5 min before the girl even noticed I was still there at the window, And I had to mention the missing item.
The burgers are good, the shakes are a strange texture… kinda foamy. The iced tea is wonderful! ! The fries… yuck! They are very dry, almost dehydrated. And I thought the animal fries would be amazing, since people are always raving about them, but those too were dry, flavorless, and just not good. the American cheese never really melted either, so it was a big gloppy mess! The employees are always sweet though!

I do not give 5 stars on reviews often, but for this fast food restaurant, I have to. We are from New Mexico and travel to Arizona and California often. On every trip we make it a point to stop at this specific location for their great burgers and service.
Their staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Out of all our visits we have never come across a sour employee. In addition to a helpful staff, their speed of service is always consistent. We have visited when there have been a parking lot full of cars and a drive-​Thru line that extends to the street, and have still never waited more than 10 minutes for our food.
As if this isn’t enough to be rated highly, the staff are incredibly considerate and go the extra step to make your experience noteworthy. This past trip we made, we went through the drive thru which had a very long line. Instead of having to wait to order, they had a young lady come to each car in line and take our order. Although it was very hot outside and she was sweating, her smile never left and she made sure to give us many options as we ordered!
If you are looking for a quality experience with a great tasting burger, this is definitely the place!

I don’t understand the craze. I came in for a quick bite. Ordered the double cheese burger meal… Waited over ten minutes since this place was packed… The fries were tasteless and not well cooked. The burger was slopped on. One meat patty was falling out while the other was drenched in American cheese.
I can now say, done it… Won’t eat here again.

Simple menu. Not on the menu is the protein lettuce wrap (see photos). Great shakes. Always clean and friendly. Fast in and out!

I was in the E Con I&O about an hour ago & there was a guy going around to people’s tables begging for spare change. Not cool!

Tucson (on Ajo), AZ: Burgers did not disappoint!
When it’s a simple menu, using quality ingredients, then prepared with heart, what’s to screw up? We arrived in town after an all day drive from San Antonio, TX, and looked forward to another opportunity for dinner at an In-​N-​Out. We were not disappointed. Our «Protein Style (no buns) Hamburger and Double Double Cheeseburger were juicy and nicely rolled in plenty of iceberg lettuce leaves. The fries, although fresh, were a fraction undercooked and not crispy, but we ate them anyway as we were hungry. Loss of a star for that.
Staff was friendly and facilities clean. Families of all ages were dining at 8:30 PM!

Every time I’m in the area I will stop at this location. The staff is great! Very friendly and nice to each customer. The burgers are spectacular!!! Fries are delicious. I would like to thank Ernesto he took our order then when it slowed down while we where eating came back and asked us how we where doing. Took us napkins and refilled our drinks. This guy knows customer service. Thanks everyone at this In N out!!!

I have always heard about In-​N-​Out Burger’s greatness. I finally got to try it when I was in town from Buffalo. I was not disappointed! Everything was so good!
I got the classic cheeseburger & fries order. it was the best fast food burger that I’ve ever had. I am so sad that we don’t have one in Buffalo.

Consistently delicious burgers and a streamline menu to keep it simple. Fresh, quality ingredients are expertly combined in a way that immediately snares your taste buds and transforms you into a lifelong loyal customer.
Like every other good thing in this nation, In-​N-​Out started in Southern California. The aroma of burgers and grilled onions can be smelled from miles away. It has the power to induce instantaneous hunger the moment that scent infiltrates the olfactory system even if you just finished a meal.
After some of my people moved to Arizona it wasn’t long until an In-​N-​Out was built. That made the transition a bit smoother. Now there’s multiple locations. I honestly don’t know why there isn’t an In-​N-​Out in every state. Amazing comfort food that never disappoints.
