In-N-Out Burger

I’ll start by saying that I LOVE In-N-Out’s food! Their burgers are delicious, and their food is always very fresh, and well worth the money. My complaint is with this particular in-​n-​out location. Every time I have visited this location and gone through the drive through, I was given the wrong food or my order was incorrect, resulting in me having to then go park, walk inside, and wait for my order to be remade (defeating the purpose of going through the drive through). I have a food allergy and have to have my food correct, or I won’t be able to eat my food at all. I normally wouldn’t review if this was a one or two time occurrence, but this has happened to me (literally) the last four times I have visited. For some reason the employees at this location are always struggling.

Excellent Burgers! I ordered two cheeseburgers because my coworker said they were McDonald’s sized. I didn’t realize that other fresh ingredients were tossed into it. The fries on the other hand, pure crap. I was told I should’ve ordered them animal style. I don’t care about secret menus for any establishments; just put it on the menu! I know they make everything fresh and it shows. However, I didn’t know I had to order them a certain way for them to be decent. I’d be back for the burgers though. That was delicious. They handled our team’s order with perfection so I definitely give them that. I’m usually not a fast food fan but they surprised me.

Enjoy this place! Have you heard of the secret menu? They help you out. Always have such a pleasant and happy experience here ordering whether your in a hurry or taking your time. Located right next to the Tucson mall. This has what I need for fast and friendly service.

It’s a good basic double cheese burger and the fries aren’t bad but I’ve had better. I like them more crispy than what I was given. The entire staff was very friendly and we were greeted with smiles and friendly demeanor. We gave our order and none to soon as the place filled up rapidly after we got there (around 11am). Huge parking lot for the place is a good indicator of what to expect and it was about ¾ full when we finished and left. I would eat here again as the price is good and so is the food.

I went in with my mom yesterday to have a burger, and the nicest young man opened the door for us, offered to get us our food, also let us know if we needed anything that he would get it for us. Considering I’ve been here multiple times. I definitely felt like he went above, and beyond, thanks Daniel for being great at your job!

Wow. Great food and service as always. So simple yet so good. Visited while in town for a convention. Commandeered a car just for the purpose of finding a delicious IN n Out burger with Fries and a Coke. Yep no worries here.

If you have to eat fast food, you can’t do much better. Great burgers (animal style, of course!), not so great fries unless you’re eating them immediately. I love that everything is made fresh, and I also love the old-​timey feel of the place.

I never give five star ratings. That should say something right there. But if you value quality an consistency in your food, you have to rate In N Out at or near the very top in both categories. This particular In N Out keeps itself busy pumping out the Double-​Double Animal Styles and all the other classics. It gets an extra boost for being the burger chain with the latest closing as well

If you have never tried In-​N-​Out Burger before, you are in for arguably the best fast food burger anywhere. Don’t come here thinking you will get a grilled chicken sandwich as this is not a one stop fast food place. Delicious burgers, fries and drinks are what’s on the menu, and it doesn’t keep folks from coming either since the place is always busy. It’s usually staffed with 20’s somethings that know how to get food served up hot and fresh, and at a pretty good price too.

First time having a double-​double. Way too much food for me, but great if you are extremely hungry.

In-​N-​Out Burger is my only fast food vice. I love them and go quite often, more than I probably should own up to. They’re pretty uniform throughout locations that I’ve been to. This one being by the mall, can get quite busy especially in the drive through. It is always worth waiting for, I love that they are so accommodating. I guess everyone has a different way they like their burger and they know that here, and handle it very well.
I get the double double, protein style, no sauce, and all the veggies just about every time I come here. It’s pretty darn good :) They know what they’re doing.

I don’t usually eat fast food of any kind, but I was here the other day just for fries and a shake. The fries were so fresh and delicious, and the shake totally hit the spot. The price was $ 4 and I think that really can’t be beat.

Best burgers on the planet as far as I’m concerned. Get a double-​double animal style, with fries, and a vanilla shake. Perfection

I absolutely love this place. I try to come here once a month. I absolutely love their burgers. Its so simplistic that it’s better, not over-​complicated. I usually get the #2 combo with extra cheese, mmmmm! Everyone who works here is the epitome of customer service, so nice and friendly and just so awesome.
My only trouble with this place is that it gets REALLY busy and you’re there waiting for a bit for your food. Aside from that, it’s great.

This place is open late. It’s a perfect place to grab a cheap bite before you head home for the night. The food is always hot and fresh.

This place is always busy, considering it is next to the mall. Consistency is the charm, In-​N-​Out always provides great service and quality food. You can count on your veggies to be fresh in your burger every time. The fries are just as fresh as the veggies. No matter what state I am in I can count on In-​N-​Out giving me what I want.
It is great that you can ask for grilled onions, animal style, protein style, or even a 4×4 burger. This place is truly quality service you can count on.

This is an In-​N-​Out. The only difference between this one and all the others in CA, AZ, NV, & TX (yes, TX — and maybe UT) is the funky parking lot and the bay window (you’ll see it).
Like all other In-​N-​Outs they make food with «Quality you can taste.» I love their burgers, fries, and shakes — each are skillfully made from fresh, simple ingredients (and they taste like it). They are quite tasty for fast food and unlike big fat $ 6 burgers you are familiar with they are in no way misogynistic in branding or production (indeed they seem to treat all of their employees very well!).
Back to my opening comment, since I like to feel good after eating rather than loathing myself for being a disgusting slob I order my cheeseburger protein style (i.e. wrapped in lettuce, no bun) no sauce, with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, pickles and chilies. It’s delicious, low in calories, and, as I implied before, very manly.

I’ve been going to In and Out ever since I can remember. I’ve ate from the original one in California and had missed it dearly ever since I moved to Texas from Orange County when I was 13. When I moved over here to Tucson because my husband was stationed here at DM, I was ecstatic to find my childhood love had branches here. They always make consistent, great tasting, juicy cheeseburgers. I’ve never been let down by the taste. I recommend ordering the Number One, animal style. Classic backyard cheeseburger with grilled onions and thousand island sauce and accompany it with some cheese fries. Yesiree! Second on my list of favorite burgers with Tommy’s in Cali being number one. Now that’s a whole other burger story. Love the great service they always provide to. I’ve been to the other branches and would say different but this one next to the mall has always provided me with great service. Oh and I haven’t mentioned the greatest part, it’s dirt cheap! Great food for a great price!

Can never go wrong with In-​N-​Out…
And although I was expecting a tumbleweed or two to roll through, it didn’t happen.
These are hands down the best chain restaurant burgers ever.
When I saw this location, it was like some sort of oasis, a gleaming tower of amazing Double-​Double-​ness.
