Invisible Shield Tucson Mall

I should have read the reviews before I went in here so about 3 weeks ago I paid over 40 bucks for a shield. Ppl do within 2 days I finally had time a month later to come in Danny was there horrible customer service she wants to argue that they are cheaper than if you go to Best Buy ts its not guaranteed you have to pay $ 6 so they messed up putting it on they give you cheap material let me tell you this is for a galaxy 6 s edge. So I tell her how is this free when it cost $ 6 thing that stuff they charge you $ 6 just basically a scam missing you did get it at Best Buy you could have brought the receipt return that they would have given your money back or giving you a new one but this place is the shoes rip off don’t go trust me read my review do not go to this place that only horrible customer service where are they don’t tell you when you purchase it that it will be a surcharge when you want to replace even if they made a mistake she tells me the girl got fired before her so they’re not keeping employees horrible customer service and they lie don’t go here repeat go anyplace but here

Came to get a screen protector for my new iPhone 6S. There’s nobody here. What kind of way to run a business. I’ve even waited around for 5 minutes before I started writing this review.
I was here a year ago and wanted to get a screen protector for my new Sony A6000 camera. The person here didn’t know how to use a ruler to measure the screen. She was almost going to lay a sheet on my camera and use an knife to cut it while it’s still on my camera! I had to stop her and just measure it myself.
Overall, I’ve waited over 10 minutes and nobody is here. I give up, I’m just going to order it directly from Invisible Shield.

This place is absolutely terrible. Yes you can get your iPhone wrapped for $ 35 and you can get it replaced for $ 10. However they obviously don’t screen their employees before they hire them. They’re idiots. My boyfriend and I both have our phones wrapped and have had nothing but problems from this place. They don’t keep inventory of the iPhone wraps. Everytime we go to get it replaced they don’t have anything. We tried calling beforehand to make sure they had them, they said yes; we drove all the way down there and oops they didn’t check their stock when we called and they were out. This has happened 4 times. The last time I got it wrapped the girl doing it was talking on her cell phone and completely screwed it up. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Although you really can’t anyway since they don’t carry anything. Go to phantom skins instead. They’ll take care of you.
