Was looking for a spot for a late lunch and ended up here. Place is kinda dirty usually but it’s clean this time!, I’ve been here more than one expecting some kind of change. i ordered at 435pm and didn’t receive my food until 446pm I’m ok with the wait my sandwich was fresh. Fries were overcooked in a way they had the perfect crunch. My only complaint is that they set my food on a filthy ketchup covered tray. I think they need to double check how those get cleaned.

very bad experience here with the so-​called buttery jack burger… nothing but a satuated grease roll, with an overcooked and older cooked burger likely made several hours (or days… or both) earlier
fries were also cold and greasy, soda lacked carbonation (read: flat)
better buys are elsewhere

Needed a quick dinner before a meeting and JitB was on the way. So, we stopped in and they’re running a bacon special.
I got 2 bacon ranch monster tacos. One would have been enough. It was pretty tasty, but looked nothing like the picture. But honestly, how often does fast food?
Hubby got the bacon insider burger. Loved it since he is a true carnivore. He also got a small order of grilled chicken tenders. I ate a couple. Tasted good, but looked pretty bad… naked chicken tender with nothing on it. No grill marks, nothing.
We got what we went in for: a quick dinner. And a tasty one at that.

Went through the drive through. Had a chicken salad. They were efficient and the best part, the chicken came in a separate container than the salad. I thought that was awesome. Good job JITB, you are a 3 steps above the other chains. Hopefully, its not just this location.. .
Watch out for traffic 360 degrees. Some crazy drivers roll through there.
