Doctor Tooley is amazing and a sweet man. His front office staff needs better training on how they treat patients. They should not make assumptions of people because they don’t know how to listen to a patient’s needs.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Tooley today. All I can say is: HE IS F*CKING AWESOME. He was straight to the point, forward, knowledgable, professional, and calming. To make things better, he was also, friendly, compassionate, very easy to talk to, and funny.
He told me how it is without taking AT me. Even though he’s the doctor and I’m the patient, I felt like we were on the same level. He didn’t have any arrogance to him. I’m just upset that I didn’t find him sooner.
Please do yourself a favor and try Dr. Tooley. You won’t regret it.
P. s. He’s an author as well and has a couple of copies of his book in the waiting room. Good read.
