I did not take our daughter to our regular optometrist due to a scheduling issue. Decided to try JCP and couldn’t be more disappointed. There was little in the way off customer service or communication. The doctor was half an hour late and didn’t even introduce herself or apologize for the inconvenience from the start. I figured our her mane is Dr. Lee through alternate means. The place was small and crowded and could not accommodate the number of people there. There wasn’t even a place for all customers to comfortably sit and wait. It was the most irritating eye doctor experience I’ve ever had.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Tucson, AZ
My insurance had 3 places I could go to get my eye exam, Target, JCP, and some other place far away from home. JCP being right at the mall pretty close to home, and Target had no doctor to perform the exam, JCP it was. I thought I am not going to get frames at Penny’s, but I can get the exam. I showed up, the staff was accommodating and friendly, Dr. Doroudian was amicable and took her time to make sure my exam was thorough and not rushed. I got my eyes dilated and found out a couple of scary things, she refereed me to a specialist for further evaluation. I went out with no real intentions of getting new frames there, but the staff was helpful and I got some pretty cool frames all for about $ 75.00 with scratch guard, shatter-proofing, and ultraviolet protection. They had the glasses ready in about 5 days, and fitted and out the door. I am glad the Doctor took her time so I know more of what is going on with my eyes.
