Just had some semi extensive work done on my front end (cv joints, wheel bearings), I must say it was a great experience with Eric. He did the work quickly and kept me posted as it was going along. Never seemed annoyed with my questions or anything.
UPDATE: After about 3 months the left front wheel bearings in my car started making noise again. I took it back and he (Eric) told me that they were fine that since I had a strut replaced that’s why it was making noise and sent me on my way. I took it to another shop and they told me that it was absolutely the bearings that were bad. I had them replaced AGAIN and guess what, the noise is gone. I would highly recommend against going to this shop. He will not own up to mistakes he has made on your vehicle.

JEM Auto repair has been servicing my van for years now. Scott does a great job. He is quick to figure out the problem and fast in getting it fixed. JEM has also serviced a fleet of vehicles for the dog training business. The are a small shop with great service and fair prices. Support local small businesses, it helps all of us out.
