Jiffy Lube

I’ve been bringing my Jeep here since new in 2010. I have never had anything but exceptional service. Fast, friendly and not out to rip you off.

Limited waiting time, around 30 min for oil change, (no line) Nice sitting room with free coffee. Nice people also, even gave me a coupon in store. Did not try to scam me. If there was problem aside from oil change, they informed me of it rather than trying to sell me on it. Anna was a great help along with her staff, and knows how to run this store. Thank you.

An oil change at a dealership is cheaper than jiffy lubes oil change. Spent 75, never coming back.

Frankie at the Oracle and Ft Lowell location was great. Very nice and knowledgeable… Was able to fix an electrical problem super fast.

I came to this Jiffy Lube to get my power steering hoses replaced. At first everything was going well. Everyone acted professional and I was told it wouldn’t take very long. The price was what I was originally quoted.
Three and a half hours later, after explaining that the wrong hoses were delivered twice in a row, they told me that the hoses were installed and not leaking but that my power steering was now making an awful noise. They suggested that the power steering pump was in bad shape, but that the car was safe to drive and that the sound may even go away after a few days. If it didn’t, they suggested I get a new power steering pump, which would cost me about $ 300. It was about 6pm by this point. I paid and went home.
Indeed, the power steering groaned and moaned on the way home and the steering felt terrible. After a few hours I drove it again and it felt even worse. I looked under the car and lo and behold the puddle was even larger and I could actually see the fluid dripping, a second or two between each drop. Livid, I cleaned up the mess and resolved to go to the Firestone at the Tucson Mall the next day.
The mechanics at Firestone told me that one of the hose clamps that Jiffy Lube installed was not secured at all, and that the power steering fluid was obviously flowing freely from this huge leak. That was the cause of the leak and the noise.
What upsets me most is that the mechanics at Jiffy Lube took my money and let me leave despite the job obviously not being done. They had to refill and bleed the system multiple times (they said) and couldn’t figure out their mistake. Despite this, they took the easy route and said it was acceptable and sent me out the door.
I am very disappointed in Jiffy Lube. We have had them do our car work for about 2 years now, and I have noticed their quality of service is inconsistent. Every once in a while they are great. Occasionally they are good. Sometimes they are terrible to work with. And then there is this last time, which is unacceptable. They’ve lost my business.

Great place to get your oil change the guys are great! I got there right at 7pm when they were about to close, instead of turning me away and telling me to come back tomorrow the guys greeted me with a smile and welcomed me and asked what service was need. Frank the manager showed me to the waiting area and the they got my oil changed done. These guys were great!

I would not give an auto-​repair/​maintenance place 5 stars unless they deserved it.
Great, courteous, prompt service. I had the unfortunate experience of an unexpected repair needing to be done, one of the employees (Jay) went out of his way to help me out. He was polite, pro-​active, friendly and (as the problem occurred while the car was in Jiffy Lube’s care) he took care of it at no charge.
This type of service reminds me of what excellent customer service should be. Other car repair/​maintenance places should follow in this example and help undo the (sadly warranted) poor reputation that car repair shops have.

Had a great experience with this repair shop. Not only did they fix the problem with my car when another chain could not but they did it at a great price and with amazing customer service.
This place and their manager Frank are class-​acts. I will go there for everything from now on.

AMAZING!!! I recently got played by another mechanic chain, who didn’t fix my problem but charged me tons to do it. After explaining to the owner at Jiffy Lube about my experience with his competitor, he has gone out of his way to provide me with excellent service! Because the parts and actual problem were so extensive, he has gone out of his way to send a mechanic to me when I broke down; he picked up my car from my workplace; and, has been holding it for some time now. He’s understandable, trustworthy, and I will NEVER go to another place to get my work done on my car… AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you Jiffy Lube and the manager for being so understanding and terrifically priced!

Just got home from an oil change here. Wow, what a great environment– friendly, knowledgeable staff and fast service. I would definetly go back.

We have been having car problems for a little while. So we brought the car in to this jiffy lube, and it was great. They accessed the car panel and found a car sensor was mess up and fixed it in about 45 minutes.
Not only were they friendly and helpful, but they also didn’t try to push us into buy anything we didn’t need. I am defiantly going to continue to go here.
If you can get Jean Paul, he was great about explaining what was wrong and the best way to fix it.
