I can’t tell you enough how much I love this place I’ve been there every two weeks Vy always gets me in on time even when I’m running Late and she does such an amazing job! I’ve been with me since I was 16 years old so that puts it at 13 years. I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I get on my nails and how many people end up going to that shop after I refer them the prices are amazing and the staff is great and she doesn’t wonderful job at waxing my eyebrows

Love this place! Clean, friendly, and good at what they do. The owner is fantastic. She has a few members of her family working as well, and they really make an effort to know you and your preferences, remember your name, and make you feel comfortable. It’s so nice to spend your money some place that values your business. Good old fashioned customer service at its best! I’ve been a loyal customer here for a few years now, several types of services including acrylic. It’s all been wonderful. The walk in experience is typical. They’re honest about availability when you get there and I think they do a great job of balancing appointments w walk in scheduling. That’s very difficult to do! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been here a few times now and I really like it. Sometimes I ask for weird thinks like color French (color base AND color tips) and they’re more than happy to make it happen! And they always do a great job. And it’s nice and clean here!

I have been here numerous times throughout my 2years of loyalty and I adore this place.
Yes they are busy-​because they are all fantastic– and they can usually get you in fairly quickly-​about 15−20minutes-if not immediately most days. They make a point to know your name and any preferences you may have and constantly ask you if you like what they are doing and if you don’t they are quick to remedy whatever it may be that you don’t like without changing their friendly demeanor at all. They also are very good about any design you may ask for or show them I like to tell them «surprise me» and am yet to be disappointed
The owner is super friendly and very sweet and if you’re lucky you can catch a glimpse of her adorable and well behaved children
In response to the acrylic nails lifting I personally have never had this problem in 2years and in fact had mine for about 6mo at one point. There is such a thing as human error as well as a possibility of having a bad batch of product from the manufacturer that they may have been using at the time. No reason to give such a negative/​passive aggressive review on a one time experience. I am sure they would have fixed it if given a chance with a phone call or to stop in to discuss it.
All in all this place is wonderful, clean and genuinely friend and I will always recommend them whenever asked.

If you want your acrylic nails to lift in a week, this is the place to go. Will not be going back.

Best place in town. Very detailed orientated. Always get the mani pedibfor $ 45. They do a very nice job I won’t go anywhere else.

After being a repeat customer for over a year I will not go back. The service has declined and so has the quality.
It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or if you walk in you will always be told they are busy and they will ask you to come back. They should have adequate staff to accommodate customers who make appointments and plan for walk ins. Find a salon who values repeat customers

I really enjoy the pedicures here. They actually give you a decent massage with it. They do nice nails also but not big on air brush or hand designs as far as I’ve seen. They do more shellac and acrylics but they do it well. All the staff is really nice as well. I’ve become a regular

I had called and got a price over the phone for a pedicure for my 14 yr old daughter.
I had deceided to try this business and take her there. When she was done they charged me a higher price. they said they had thought I said 4 yr old daughter?
They would not adjust my price over $ 4 and so lost a potential customer.
Nails didnt look so great either. There was still bumps and the paint was not even. The lady would not adjust my price after she admitted to the mistake. The only reason I’m giving it one star is because I have no other choice. KT nails does not deserve to remain in business.
