The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn’t get my car out, so I called my son about it and he gave me the referral to Kar Enterprise. Mark, the owner came out that very evening to look over the situation, and the next morning at 8 am he was at my home to install a new spring. In fact, he always installs two springs at a time instead of one to ensure that if one breaks, it won’t halt door operation entirely until you can get him to repair it. He also inspected, adjusted and lubed the door and his charges were very reasonable. Mark was very polite and professional and deserved this positive rating from a happy customer.
