Kathrine Hammel DMD

How do I start? First of all, who likes to go to the dentist? Definitely not me. My former dentist is gearing down his practice so I decided to search for a new one. In reading through various reviews I found Dr. Hammel, and, I’m so glad I did!
Her staff are very friendly, and always greet me with a smile. The office is very comfortable, unlike many dental offices that are cold and impersonal.
I’ve never had a female dentist before, and didn’t quite know what to expect. Boy, what a difference from the guys! She has a very calm, quiet, unhurried demeanor. She explained exactly what she would be doing and advised me several times to raise my hand if I felt any discomfort. But, I didn’t have to because she was very gentle. In fact, I didn’t even realize she had give me an injection prior to proceeding with my filling.
Dr. Hammel is very thorough, yet doesn’t make you feel like she’s hurrying to finish in order to move on to the next person. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a dentist. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
