1) waited 50 mins in drive thru. No way to leave since there were card in front and in the back. 2) it was finally my turn to pay and i am told they ran out of chicken drumsticks so only thighs. Fine? I’m starving. I asked for ketchup, hotsauce, napkins, and plates. 3) wait another 5 mins. My stuff comes and i drive home. Opens bag… NONE of the items i asked for in the bag. I am NEVER returning to this location. I’ll drive an extra .5miles to the oracle location if it means better service. Fast food is supposed to be fast. I went today at 7pm and didnt get home until 8pm

Went last night for dinner… Waited in drive-thru line for 15 minutes w/ONE car ahead of us who hadn’t even placed her order yet. We thought we’d go inside instead. Went inside-should smell like fried chicken right? NOPE smelled sour and nasty! Then went to place an order 2 people ahead of me took 15MIN just to get to the front of the line. Ordered food and waited, and waited, and waited. 5 people in front of me waiting ran out of biscuits and they didn’t tell anyone waiting until they were getting their food. No proactiveness as people were ordering«hey we are out of biscuits what would you like instead?» There were 2 people cleaning in the back not helping with orders? Go figure… Everyone got their order and when it comes to me guess what?! We are out of chicken!!! It will be another 20 minutes for another batch to be done?! Are you kidding me?! I asked for my money back and went to Fry’s and paid 1⁄3 of the price and got MUCH better service!

I wanted cheap fried chicken & that’s what I got. Went in two days ago. They were out of chocolate chip cookies and chicken tenders. Oh, and I guess Pepsi but I didn’t figure that out until AFTER I got home with my «Pepsi» aka Dr. Pepper. Food was standard. Service sucked.

Terrible on multiple occasions. This KFC and its workers appear unsanitary. The kitchen is gross and the employees shirts are filthy. I waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes and didn’t even get an apology when I finally got to the window.

I dont really like to review about chain restaurants all that much but I thought people should know how horrible this place is. They are very slow, have a condescending staff and never have the food you want to order like I dont know chicken! I only gave it two stars because there was one staff member, thats right just one out of the six I counted, who cared about the fact they were not prepared for the dinner time rush. She was very apologetic and gave us free drinks and extra chicken when it was finally ready(45 minutes after we ordered it). Horrible place will never go back!

Since KFC is a chain restaurant, my review will be geared more toward service because you can expect the same food at most. However, I really do love their grilled and extra crispy chicken. The chicken bites are actually pretty good too, lots of meat, and very juicy! Their prices are fairly reasonable as well. First, I’d like to give the lunch crew some props cause the afternoon crew sucked! This particular KFC location is right by my work, so whenever I need a quick bite to eat or am on a time crunch, it’s my go to place to pick up something quick and easy for lunch. The service at lunch is always consistently very friendly & fast at the drive thru and dining area. On this last visit, service was not so good. I wanted to pick up some food for dinner on the way home. Chicken sounded good, so off I went. When I got there, the drive thru seemed busy, so I decided to go inside. There was a couple of people in the dining area, and no one waiting to order. So I thought«ok, maybe this will be quick!». WRONG! There were only 2 people working at that time. One gal doing the drive-thru, and one person in the back cooking. He wasn’t even helping with the orders. When I got up to the counter to order I had to wait at least 5 minutes before another worker showed up. And even when he did, there were orders that needed to be filled in the drive thru, and come to mention, the other people in the dining area were waiting too! I wasn’t in a hurry, so I patiently waited. He finally took my order, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order, which I didn’t mind at all. What I thought was not so great, was the lady doing drive thru talking about how she wanted this other girl that just called in sick AGAIN to be fired and just talking crap about how she always call in, blah, blah, blah. Not something I wanted to hear. An apology for the wait because they were shorthanded would have done just fine. No need to hear about the drama behind it. Poor guys that were helping her didn’t want to say anything else to fuel the fire. Lol. When I finally got my food though, the guy did apologize for the wait. I can’t say I won’t be back, because I most likely will, just not in the late afternoons. =)

Ok .kids love the chicken strips… but we do not like to go in the evening when Manager Kimberlee is working. she is rude to Customers and employees alike. so we skip dinners there
