Decided to take my boys, 8 and 13, to a new dentist after constantly having to deal with their old dentists office trying to force procedures that I wasn’t comfortable with.
Everyone here was very kind, both my boys got painless cleanings. I was offered sealant for my youngest and for the oldest there was the option of having the small cavity found during the exam filled. It was quick and painless and I feel so much better knowing that they are all good for another 6 months. There wasn’t the need for extensive root canals and extractions as the previous dentist had stated and Kool smiles even gave a referral for an orthodontist.
Was very impressed with the service and my kids loved it.

Our dental assistant Celeste was great at explaining the procedure before we went into the exam room. She was very kind and great with my son. Dr Cervantes did a great job at making my son feel very comfortable the entire procedure (tooth filling). He made the experience great for my 6 year old. Best experience at a dental clinic with my son.

I’ve been here with my children 4 times now and I am ready to find a new dentist for them. Although the waiting area and toys to keep the kids occupied is great, I showed up at 830 for a 9:00 appointment and I’m still sitting here at 9:30. Like 7 patients have come in after me and went in before me. I also had trouble with the initial appointment that I made for my kids. They said their insurance was inactive, which is was not. So instead of calling to verify they just canceled their appointments. I rescheduled due to their mistake and here I am, waiting… waiting… Waiting. Definitely

We always set appointments ahead of time to minimize wait times. There is a cool little play place for the kids to keep occupied. I’ve taken my kids here several times and had zero problems. It is located on 22^nd and craycroft so be ready to deal with the locals.
