i have never put a review on anything ever but this was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. My shellac manicure looked so awful I couldnt even look at them SLOPPPY, chunky nail polish and no detail. DONOTGOHERE!!! I just made an appointment at another place to get this chunky, discussing shellac off my nails asap. AWFUL!!!

Love this place for pedicures, shellac or acrylic… Only 30 minutes for shellac! They are so nice and professional. Everything is clean with a ton of color options. I’ve never been disappointed when anyone I’ve had do my nails here!

I went here once and was so disgusted. I asked for a nail repair, manicure and gel polish along with a pedicure with nail art. The lady doing the job obviously had no command of the English language. The pedicure was OK – nothing to think fondly of and quite average. The nail art was boring and uninspired. The big issue was the manicure. In a nanosecond this nail tech had her clipper out and instead of doing the requested nail repair, she had all of my nails clipped down to worse than chewed off nubbins that took 2 months to grow back out. Add to that horror, I requested a pale pink polish where she shook her head and she insisted on a bright red which only highlighted the hideous appearance of my nonexistent fingernails. This is a salon I will never step foot in again, what a horror.

My best friend and I have been coming to get our nails done here for most our college career. We both get gel manicures regularly and this is most definitely as good as it gets for quality and price. $ 14 for a gel polish manicure, you can’t find that anywhere! Kim is absolutely adorable and all the others are great too. They will take care of you. Appointments are not really the best way to go about coming in, I recommend just popping in or calling right before and seeing what the wait is.

It pains me to do this because this place used to be «my» place for nails and eyebrow waxing. But I’ve gotta tell y’all a nasty little story that has changed my mind forever… At my last visit I was a walk-in client & just wanted an eyebrow wax. The place was very busy so I didn’t mind waiting a bit… but I’m pretty sure they forgot I was just there for a waxing(and not a full mani/pedi) because they left me waiting for 45 minutes(a waxing takes about 5 minutes — so usually they’ll get you in & out). During my wait-time, I was talking to my husband on the phone and he ended up coming by to bring me a soda. When he walked in, it must have dawned on the staff how long I’d been waiting, so a woman jumped right up from doing a pedicure and ran over, ushering me into the waxing room. I’m laying there on the table thinking, «she’s going to wash her hands, right?» but no. No she did not. She just started waxing. And touching my face. With the same hands she’d just had all up over someone else’s feet. I don’t know why I didn’t say something — I felt really uncomfortable about the whole thing, but I’ve always loved this place(been a loyal customer for 3 years) and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Forgetting about me and making me wait 45 minutes for an eyebrow wax is forgivable. It’s annoying, but I could look past it one time. Touching my face immediately after handling someone’s feet without washing your hands in between is absolutely NOT something I can get past. I’m sorry to say — but I will NEVER, EVER be back.:(

I have been going to Kim for waxing services for several years, now. She is a perfection master. Her attention to detail rivals the best and most-expensive in the industry and yet is priced very affordably. She is kind and lovely as well. Highly-recommend.

They were okay-just okay. Although I got sat right away, once more people came in the workers tried to multitask. They would put some polish on me, and then put some polish on the girl next to me. I thought that was rude. When I was transitioning from my pedi to my mani, they sat me at the UV light and left me there for 25 minutes(just so they could try and finish another person who came in after me.) Also, I got french tip acrylic, and they fell off a week later. The good: It was a bit cheaper with student coupons.

I’ve tried quite a few walk-in nail salons and I always come back to ths one. There is one gentleman who gives marvelous massages. If there is a wait time it’s because others have discovered that this is a place where you get good value. They have the ultra-violet machines which hardens the polish making it last for weeks. I totally recommend this place!

Inconsistent. I’ve been back twice since my initial review and was told«10 minutes» for wait time. First time, 30 minutes. If I hadn’t been tired and not wanted to look around for somewhere else, I would have left. Second time, after 20 minutes, I asked again, they said«You wait, just few minutes more.» Ten minutes later, still no sign of any break — I left. Went down the street and was helped within 5 minutes. Also, not nearly as clean either of those 2 times.
