We drive 15 miles to the best Breakfast Place in Tucson because it’s totally worth it.

WOW! I had heard about how good this place was from my friends but hadn’t gone myself ’til yesterday. So many wonderful things to pick from… it was a hard choice. I had a fried egg panini with avocado and tomatoes, plus a Le Buzz cookie(to die for!!) and a great smooth decaf latte. I can see why people become ‘regulars.’ I can’t wait to go back. Question to myself is: What took me so long? I could have been a regular by now!

Two of us walked in. One walked out really happy and the other(me) felt like it was just OK. I ordered a special coffee which was written on a chalk board right by the register. The guy didn’t even seem to know what it was. I explained it to him. He looked confused. To his credit, he did put something together that tasted ok but wasn’t really spectacular. My friend, on the other hand had a really awesome coffee. It tasted way better than mine. The service was also slow. We waited about 10 minutes for our two coffees. Considering there’s a fabulous shop across the street, I won’t go back. But my friend will.

Took 2 times to get my coffee order right. Place is too crowded. Go to Crossroads Coffee Company down the road. They get it right the first time.

Updating! Picking when to go(and time of year might factor into that decision) changes the climate of this café. I’ve sampled more of the menu and brought people in need of caffeine and food before going up the mountain or flying around town.(Last Buzz pun I promise.) The biscotti is crisp without being a crumbly mess, and the mugs for espresso drinks are a good size for sipping and dipping. Toast is crunchy and the bread they use is packed with seeds with a nice bite and chew. The jam is just as good an accompaniment as the butter. Fluffy eggs are a talent at Le Buzz and the omelettes have their filling folded inside, which is a definite benchmark of quality.

We stopped in after a nice hike. We had a large-ish group, and there was plenty of room for us. Granted we were not there at peak time. The food was fantastic! Everyone was happy with their meal. We enjoyed sandwiches and salads. The pastries were also very yummy. They all looked so good, we had a hard time deciding! We went with the turnovers and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly. We had an «apple juice accident» and a nice young gentleman cleaned it up cheerfully. He even mopped it! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area!

I’m not a big coffee drinker but boy do I love their coffee! They have a great selection of baked goods. So far I’ve tried the lemon blueberry scone and strawberry muffin, both were amazing. Highly recommend the lemon blueberry scone. The first two times I grabbed coffee and pastries to go, but I came back a third time with my boyfriend for a breakfast date. I had the artichoke quiche and he got the Mt Lemmon omelette, and we both enjoyed the service and our meals. A bit crowded(I think that’s more of a good thing), but they also have outdoor seating. Definitely going to be a regular!

We came here for a quick snack on a Saturday morning, and the place was bustling with people not only having a cup of coffee but also sandwiches, omelet, etc. Their menu featured many yummy looking breakfast options. However, they were on the pricey side, so my bf and I decided to just stick with the pastries. I got a banana pecan coffee cake and he opted for the maple bacon scone. While most of the other choices like the chocolate croissant, morning bun, cinnamon roll, were steeply priced at ~$ 4.50, ours were roughly half the cost at ~$ 2.50 each. There were plenty of tables seating groups of 2 and 4 on the inside, but they were mostly occupied, so we decided to sit outside. Our snacks were delicious, and it was a nice treat to start our day!

Very impressed with this little restaurant. We were looking for lattes and stumbled upon a fantastic breakfast place! Lots of gluten-free options goat cheese and almond milk… Unique selections and they cater to allergy and dietary needs!

I met a friend here for coffee last weekend, and kicked myself for eating breakfast before arriving. I had a pumpkin spice coffee and it was amazing! The pastries(which are all made in-house) looked fabulous. I can’t wait to be back with an empty stomach.

If my dad had to choose his last meal, I am 99.99% sure it would be from Le Buzz. I come here with my parents for lunch and I have to say, it has always been delicious. I always get the same thing, LA with no red peppers. It is phenomenal! as for pastries, the Le Buzz cookie, or the lemon squares are my favorites. The coffee is great as well! They recently redecorated and I think it looks great! they changed the floors and got new chairs and it just really looks nice. Its always clean and the employees are so nice! Usually since they are busy I spend time talking to my parents while waiting for our orders, but i’ve never felt that the food took too long. The one slightly negative thing I will say is it gets BUSY, sometimes its hard to find a table, so get in, find a table then order. But, hey if its busy that means it must be great! :D 10⁄10 Will go here again!

Man I love this restaurant. First, the food. You can’t beat it. I don’t even know if I like breakfast or lunch better. My go to is the mamacita burrito for breakfast. Its relatively healthy but still delicious. For lunch I love the club that comes on a croissant. So so good. Then there is the baked goods. If they have Le Buzz cookies available, make sure to get one. You won’t be sorry. Then there is the service, which is also great. The staff if friendly and professional, they pull a great espresso, and bring your food out in a flash. The prices are also really decent considering the high quality of food they have. Its only a bummer they aren’t open for dinner!

Le Buzz has it all. Excellent coffee. I lucked out this morning because the drip was organic Peru! mmmmmmmm. A full restaurant menu with real food. I’m enjoying a bacon quich right now that is delicious. They also have burritos, omelettes and Panini’s, and that’s just for breakfast. The have a full menu for lunch as well including many types of salads, sandwiches and wraps. They have all the amenities. Large self serve ice water, nice restroom, great outdoor seating, lots of tables and chairs. The ambiance is wonderful, one can’t help but feel better after spending time here. The staff is great. Nick is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping one choose a food item. The entire staff is friendly.

Only been here once on a Sunday morning for breakfast and it was a disappointment. For starters, I really wanted waffles but they didn’t have that on the menu. I think all bfast places should have waffles as an option). I decided to go for pancakes. The employee taking my order was not very pleasant, almost borderline rude. I asked for water, never got it. When the food arrived, the pancakes were just okay, edible but nothing great. My friend and I were super hungry so at that point anything should have tasted amazing but unfortunately it didn’t. I don’t think I would go here again for breakfast. While waiting in line, their pastries in the display case looked fresh and delicious and seemed to be popular amongst customers. I would probably give that a try(To-Go)

I frequent Le Buzz almost every Sunday. Sometimes I get food, but I always get a coffee. Always friendly and helpful. The food is good and the pastry selection is very good if you have a sweet tooth. The coffee is always brewed well, I never feel as if I have to put in any sweetener or milk/creamer to mask it. Drink it black, and that is how you can tell if it is decent. They are always welcoming for my motorcycle club in the mornings. Le Buzz is a laid back place that is always a pleasure to go it.

Le Buzz is a Euro-style café that offers up delicious brunch and brekkie with a local flair. In fact, I was so pie-eyed by the menu that I hadn’t decided by the time we arrived in front of the counter to order. I asked for a recommendation, and wow did he know his Biz… er, Buzz. Anyway, the grilled veggie with roasted peppers, feta, artichokes, etc. is a delectable stack, accompanied by a few greens with light lemon vinaigrette(doing double duty as sandwich dipping sauce). My pardner let me try his artichoke/shroom quiche, claiming it was a little dry. He was right, but we had opted for a late lunch, popping in around 1pm. The tables are generally tightly packed, so Le Buzz isn’t the place to debate the merits of Kama Sutra positions, as the resulting buzz would rival a band of bees. It is the place for healthy, creative Mayan Mocha and scrumptious Panini.

Le Buzz is one place that is surely«buzzing» in the mid morning after everyone has completed their morning hikes through Sabino Canyon or their morning ride along Tucson’s roadways. Filled with hikers, cyclists and everyone in between, Le Buzz has proven to be the place to get your post workout fix or just some good food in general. Outside is already buzzing with people enjoying their food or beverage and upon entering, it’s no different except that you are welcomed by their large array of fresh baked treats nicely displayed behind their pastry shelf. Everything from cookies, muffins, breads, croissants, scones, and much more. And if that isn’t temping enough, they offer a large selection of coffees and teas as well. As for the food. My first visit was after an 8 miles hiking venture through Sabino Canyon and I was famished! I decided on their«Gimme My Regular» which includes 2 eggs, 2 slices of apple-smoked bacon, home fries, and sourdough or whole grain toast with their house-made jam. I opted for a healthier option of scrambled egg whites which they were happy to provided and chose the whole grain toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly fluffy, the bacon was crisp and indeed«apple-smoked,» the home fries were among the best I have had with crunchy skin and tender insides, and the whole grain toast proved to be the perfect vessel for their sweet and tart raspberry jam. Upon my second visit I chose a lunch option which was not an easy option at that with so many tempting options to chose from. But despite my overload of delicious sounding menu items I opted on their«Turkey Avocado» with oven roasted turkey, fresh avocado, red onion, tomato, lettuce, provolone, mayo and a hint of whole grain mustard. I couldn’t build a better sandwich myself. All the flavor components of this sandwich worked in perfect harmony together. Not one element overwhelming the other. And with a side salad and house-made dressing along side, it is a perfectly filling yet light lunch. My only negative comment would be the lack of attentiveness and enthusiasm of a few of the waitresses when I tried to get a refill of my unsweetened black iced tea.

I discovered this place on a quick break while working and can’t wait to go again. It’s a great café with outdoor seating that is amazing in this weather. I went with a couple co-workers and we wound up getting a blueberry muffin, apple/cranberry tart and southwest quiche. You order at the counter when you walk in and then wait for your food at the table. It was very busy when we arrived, and I felt a bit rushed to make my decision and order since the line was moving very quickly. If it’s your first time, I’d suggest taking one of their menus and getting a chance to really look over it. I missed their hot tea selection until I’d already ordered and have to go back to try the pomegranate mojito tea, it smelled amazing. Everything we ordered was great! Both of the people I was with aren’t big fans of sweets, but ate every bite of their pastries. The tart was particularly good. The quiche I got was very scrumptious with airy, buttery eggs and a great flavor. I do wish there was a bit more green chile and a little less corn in the southwest quiche, but it was still good. Best of all was their prickly pear iced tea, which is one of the best I’ve had in Tucson. This is a great little breakfast spot, and right down the road from Mt. Lemmon/Sabino Canyon, so I can’t wait to take out of town guests here!
