Ok, I have given these guys a few of chances and the same thing happens over and over again. I call leave a message and NEVER hear back from them. I call talk to someone and they say we will call you with a time when we will come out. NEVER hear back from them. When and if you get the guy out he does good work but I’m not willing to put up with the terrible customer service. The reason I called them is because I wanted to work with small businesses.

I recently bought a new stove from a big box store. Two days after delivery a bottle of stove top cleaner accidentally tipped over. Although, it was cleaned up immediately, it ran down in between the glass front, leaving very visible white streaks in the glass. Yes, this was not an earth shattering problem but nevertheless very disappointing with a brand new, only used once stove. The big box store passed the buck by clearly leading me to believe that my 5 year warranty would cover the dismantling and clean-up. They made an appointment for me with Lehman’s Appliance repair. I received a call from Richard who professionally and kindly explained that indeed this would not be covered. I was pleasantly surprised when he actually explained how the problem could be remedied, and pretty much talking me out of a service call, saving me a fee and gifting me the time I would have been waiting for a technician to come. He kept his side of the street clean by not saying one discrediting word about the big box store. Albert Einstein said it best–«Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters» Therefore when I think of Lehman’s’ Appliance Service I know that they can be trusted when a big problem arises. In the future they will be my first and only call.

When the ice bucket on our freezer broke, I had no idea who to call about getting it repaired. It seems like a lot of new appliances these days require servicing by a certified repair person, so I called Samsung for guidance. They put me in touch with Lehman’s Appliance Service. I couldn’t find any reviews for them, but they had an A+ rating on the BBB(not that an A+ guarantees anything). So I took a blind leap and made an appointment. I’m glad I did. Rick(the owner of Lehman’s) was professional, courteous, and clean(good hygiene always scores points with me). They came with the correct part and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. While here, he explained to me what had happened to cause the malfunction and told me how I could avoid it in the future. He also charged me his cost for the part(about $ 20 less than I would have paid for it had I purchased it myself — not that I would have had a clue as to what to do with it). Before leaving, he gave me a fridge magnet and let me know that they repair a wide variety of appliances. I mentioned that I also had a Samsung washing machine that had been acting up a bit. After asking me a few questions, he inspected my washer, diagnosed the issue, and gave me some tips on how to make it run more efficiently. He could have made me make another appointment to come out so that he could charge me a second service fee, but he didn’t — which to me, shows integrity. I would definitely recommend Lehman’s for your appliance repair needs.
