By far the worst medical office experience I have ever had. The front office was incredibly rude and treated me as a second class citizen. The dr basically blew me off because I «only» had acne and nothing more serious or expensive he could charge my good insurance (sorry, not sorry). I saw more «students» there then any other medical office I have been to and I feel terrible that these poor new doctors are learning terrible bed side manner from him. I will never refer anyone here BUT if you wanted to be treated terribly this is the place for you!

Doctor Levine struck me as a total jerk. A misanthrop if you will. That’s just my opinion, however. His female associate, Dr. Jeck, on the other hand, is very pleasant.

Poor customer service. Rude. I’m speechless and hurt. I left his office in tears when he never acknowledged his prescribed medications did not help my son and his allergy/​acne skin problem progressed instead of improving. Seing my son swelling and face, back, and chest skin so red n purple have me so concerned. I’m worried for his life and skin. He’s scratching himself all over the place including his head until he bleeds. He is also not sleeping well. I find him sitting up n asleep… Acne? Dr Agarwal his primary care doctor prescribed steroids, fungal cream, and anti itch and allergy pill that has helped him tons. But he just finished his meds and it’s all coming back.. I’m looking for someone else to help my son get better. I was never rude to the doctor. He said its acne and he believed to be right even when his meds made things worst. He was our hope and I’m left with this is all a 13 yrs old hormonal thing and all pure heritage stuff. When no one has it. :”(please help !
