Little Caesars

Great pizza, ordered ahead of time just in case, was ready within five minutes. Friendly staff as well!

This restaurant is atrocious. There has never been even an average experience with this place. The never ever have any hot n ready pizzas during the time when they should. There is never a managerial presence. Nothing but simple kids leading other simple kids. But hey, they have the cheap market on lock in the rita ranch area. It’s Jun 29 @ 820 had to wait 11:13 seconds on my hot n ready while three kids stood around doing nothing but apologizing. Unfortunately, I have waited even longer here.
Is there not another franchise owner to come in and save us from this foolishness.

Worst little ceasers in the city. I’ve come a few times and each time waited 20 minutes for my «hot and ready» you may as well drive to Broadway and Harrison, you’d get your pizza home quicker.

Called ahead to order a pizza and when I got there about ten minutes late they said it «expired» so they sold it to someone else. This is the only pizza place where calling ahead apparently does NOT help out. I was later informed that they just gave it to someone else by mistake but instead of telling me the truth, they thought they should tell me that it was a health code issue.
I had to wait about 15 minutes for my food to be made again. Not sure if it’s a lack of employees or a lack of employees who care. Perhaps a combination of both. The pizza is standard Little Caesars but the customer service is lackadaisical. I won’t be going back to this location again.
