Worst service ever, I’ve been buying floor for over a year from them and I’ve had countless of issues, inventory, timing and now I need authorization to take flooring that I already pairs for because it’s going outside the country. They didn’t even give me a heads up I waited for over 2 hours and still no answer. Better to pay a little more than deal with this company!

I purchased $ 3,800 worth of wood from this Lumber Liquidators store. After I had it installed one of the thresholds kept popping up. I called the store to tell them I thought it was a defective piece and would like a replacement. They told me I’d have to pay for it because my contractor used it. They offered to discount the $ 50 piece, but I don’t feel like I should have to pay for a defective piece of wood. The assistant manager said that was their policy and couldn’t budge and that I should call the customer care number, which sounds like they were just trying to get rid of me. Sad that getting a customer to repay for a faulty piece of wood is more important than keeping a repeat customer. I think I will use Home Depot next time.
