These guys are the best. Just finished having our roof coated and outside of the house painted. Pete and Steve checked in regularly, and Joe, Miguel and Mike were a terrific crew. I could go on and on – but a couple of quick examples: We had some crummy looking old aluminum siding that other companies weren’t even willing to look at or see what was underneath. Martinez Co. removed the old siding, discovered the wood underneath was perfectly fine except for a couple of gauges which they repaired and the house looks better than ever. Polite, friendly, professional, no bad surprises, concerned that the customer is happy, great clean up and top-​notch work, very high quality materials used. I’m a pretty serious gardener and they were SO respectful of plants around the house. They even got along with our dog.

You can certainly find a cheaper painter, but you get what you pay for. Pete and his team are absolutely one of the best in town when it comes to knowing their products and delivering a quality paint job that will last! Martinez Custom Painting just finished painting my house. They did a GREAT job! First off, the crew is very professional. They wear white uniforms and are nice looking! (The last painting crew we had looked like a bunch of parolees.) Then they proceeded to power wash the entire house! So nice to know that 5 years of grime weren’t trapped under the fresh layer of paint. Then they carefully masked everything off. No spatter, no mess at all! The next step was to pour all of the cans of paint into big plastic trash cans so that the paint is uniform in color all over the house. They stirred and mixed so that there is no line where one can stops and the next one starts. Now get this — never seen this before — they sprayed and then rolled! And to top everything off, they cleaned the windows when they left!!! I would give Martinez Custom Painting the highest possible recommendation.
