We had been searching all over Tucson for a good deal on a new mattress set. By far, the service we received at MattressFIRM from Andrea S was exceptional. She efficiently walked us through the process, explained differences in mattress construction, completed a mattress“fitting”, explained financing options, explained their price matching & guarantee options, confirmed whether or not we had worked with another sales associate with whom she should credit the sales commission, etc. Compared to the 3 other competitors who we visited, she went above & beyond to get us the best price on a new set. Not once did she try to up-​sell us. Once we locked in on a mattress that suited our needs, she found the best pricing. Delivery was scheduled within 2 days & went smoothly. Andrea also called the day after delivery, which was a holiday, to confirm all was satisfactory.
We purchased a brand new Sealy PP queen set that was in inventory to be used as a floor model, but had never been set up on the floor (overstock item).
