I went to Lynn for my fist consultation about filler for my lips. I had an idea of what I wanted but was meeting the procedure with trepidation. She was very honest with me about what is possible and what is not. She explained that what I wanted is definitely something that could be done and explained the procedure in detail. After scheduling with Lynn, I came back for my procedure one week later. She remembered exactly what I was looking for and was very calm in preparing me. She explained everything she was doing in detail. I had brought a friend with me to the procedure … A «support buddy», yet my support buddy was soon the one who needed the support. My friend fainted and collapsed to the floor ½ way through after failing to tell us that she is prone to fainting in small spaces. Poor girl. Without skipping a beat, Lynn the Rn set down her tools, and calmly approached my friend. She sat her up, explained to her what had happened once she woke up, and made her feel comfortable. After grabbing my buddy an apple juice and crackers, Lynn was back to me. Nearly two weeks later, my lips are perfect and I couldn’t ask for more. Lynn and the entire office at maxwell were supportive and kind.

I came to Dr. Maxwell for a surgical procedure. I had seen two other surgeons before meeting Dr. Maxwell. In both cases I felt less than comfortable and like a number. Fast forward to Dr. Maxwell’s practice. Step inside and you are greeted by a friendly staff and beautiful facility. Then there is Dr. Maxwell herself. Patient oriented, so professional, and attentive. In my case she was very clear what she could and could not do. She explained why and I appreciated that very much. She listened to my concerns. Then her staff spent time educating me on the entire process and getting everything ready. There were no surprises.
Dr. Maxwell also has an onsite fully certified, state of the art, and licensed surgery center. The staff is professional and competent. Every step of the way I was well treated and cared for.

I had my eyes done by Dr. Maxwell over 3 years ago. Fabulous results. One comment made by a long-​time friend, «I don’t know what you did, but girl, you must have made a deal with the Devil to look so young!»

I highly recommend Maxwell if you are unsure. Seriously take a step into the office and you will be extremely pleased with their professionalism. Great results and a wide variety of services. I will definitely be returning for any cosmetic needs :)

Delaney who did my microdermabrasion was 15 minutes late and finished at the time supposed to so I got 15 minutes taken away from someone else’s tardiness. That was the worst microdermabrasion I have ever had, I have been to the spa and salon in different parts of States. This was not worth my money or time. Quality of service is ok, but the price and service does not equal. If you pay that kind of money, I expect the best from the technician. I think the best microdermabrasion I had was in Alexandria, Virginia. This place looks decent but I did not enjoy it. No, I will not go back again for anything. But I heard the great thing about Dr. Maxwell.

My wife and I both used Dr. Maxwell for plastic surgery. Fantastic surgeon and fantastic staff does not do Maxwell Aesthetics justice. You are treated as family from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Maxwell is a highly skilled professional who truly cares about her patients. And this level of interest and concern permeates throughout the entire staff. My wife and I could not be more pleased. If you are considering plastic surgery look no further. Few can match and none can surpass the quality of care you will receive from Maxwell Aesthetics.

Five Stars. I come here for a lot of little things (nothing major) and I am always pleased. Delaney is so amazing! She is sweet, professional, and cares about her work with a high attention to detail. Of course there are cheaper places… but you always get what you pay for. I highly recommend Maxwell Aesthetics.

First timer for any type of cosmetic enhancement. I was very pleased with the staff and how helpful everyone was. I went to see Karen for Lip injections and she was so perfect and precise on making my lips perfect. I would definitely go back several more times. Awesome location and it’s very beautiful inside.

Like a previous Unilocaler, I picked up a Groupon and discovered this place. Ann is a very conscientious (& quick) laser technician. My appointments were always on-​time & never took more than about ten minutes, start to finish. The regular price here for laser hair removal is $ 150 for fifteen minutes of actual laser time. This differs from most other places — where you pay by the area vs. the time spent. With how quick Ann is, I think it’s definitely a deal.

The building itself is gorgeous, with two floors decorated with framed kimonos and flowers everywhere. There are tons of soft, cushiony chairs and benches to lounge on until your scheduled appointment time. They
also have water & tea on the first floor.
For those so inclined, it is also a fully certified medical spa (not just laser hair removal) with a full line up of facials, microdermabrasion, face fillers & plumpers and Dr. Maxwell is a renowned plastic surgeon in the area.

I had my breasts done by Dr. Maxwell in 2007 and just went back for Juvederm lip injections a month ago. Both turned out wonderfully– I’m an airbrusher in Orange County so I see naked women all day long, and I have to say that I have the best fake breasts I’ve ever seen. Christine did my lip injections, and turns out she was the nurse during my breast aug as well. I remembered her from my anesthetic haze as being incredibly kind and caring, and she was no different when it came to my injections. Dr. Maxwell and the entire staff at the center are friendly, attentive, and do outstanding work. I recommend them to everyone.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised by this place. It is more of a plastic surgery center than a Laser Hair center but the facilities were gorgeous. All off the personnel were extremely polite and courteous and I felt like the equipment seemed to be the best around. I was lucky enough to score a Groupon to try this place out and Ann was a great, experienced technician. While it’s normal prices run higher than others in the area, you pay by the minutes of laser rather than the area you are having treated.

My wife recently had surgery with Dr. Maxwell and she could not be more pleased with the end result. I’m an OBGYN from the area and have been equally satisfied with Dr. Maxwell’s attention to detail and desire to make everything ‘just right’. My wife had surgery with Dr. Maxwell over a decade ago and traveled back to Tucson from the Midwest just to return to Dr. Maxwell — she had that much confidence in her! Her staff is wonderful and nurturing. She has gone out of her way to make sure that my wife was satisfied with her end result. And she is! There is a reason that Dr. Maxwell enjoys the excellent reputation that she has — you will be very happy with your results.
