McDonald’s

This McDonalds has let me down more times than I can remember. The icing on the cake was waiting in a long line to find out that their shake machine didn’t work. Of course they are not apologetic about it.
They are particularly slow for fast food standards and they take pleasure in messing up orders. Unfortunately it is the only McDonald’s close to me so I keep going back.
This place needs help. With breakfast all day now, I assume its an even bigger mess.

Pretty bad service even for fast food. Went through the drive thru, ordered and paid, then got told to park and it would be brought to me. They then proceeded to serve 4 guests that were behind me and when I got my food it was made wrong (pickles when I said none, and my «large» fry had maaaybe enough to fill a small fry in it). I didn’t bother telling them this because by the time I got my food I was impatient and had to not be late for work. I won’t be back

Hey its cheap crap served with crap. Fake meat processed food how yummy… well for fatties but come on ppl the most unhealthy thing ever.

Hey, it’s a McD’s…what can I say?

It would never have occurred to me to rate a chain restaurant, maybe most especially McD but about twice a year I go in to satisfy some crazy primal urge. Yesterday was one of those visits. I don’t want to comment on the food except to say it is what it is (I did notice that the Big Mac has gotten quite a bit smaller-​probably a good thing, really) but what I did notice was that my fingers got sticky when I depressed the ketchup dispenser. When I looked I saw that this dispenser had probably not been cleaned since God Only Knows. I immediately spoke to the person who appeared to be the manager (I should have checked, really) who offered a packet of ketchup instead and said, «I’ll have someone take care of it right away.» Yeah! While I indulged in those meaningless calories, I watched while nobody came to tend to it.
I was really annoyed so I wrapped a piece of napkin around the handle-​it stuck all by itself-​to see if anyone would notice. Nobody noticed so I finally asked for the manager and the lovely young lady I spoke with (not the manager) asked if SHE could help-​imagine!!! She blocked the dispenser off and, sure enough, came back with cleaning equipment and began the job herself just as I was leaving. THAT should have been the manager’s job-​just take care of it now. Brava to you young lady-​you should be the manager.
So, food, well okay, but cleanliness uh uh.

Not sure why I’m writing a review for McDonalds. It’s McDonalds. It’s exactly as you would expect it to be.
Food is the same. Manager is nice. Coffee is better than starbucks.
