My daughter and I were looking everywhere for someplace to eat with two toddlers, one on the Autism spectrum. We decided here due to the playplace. We go inside and while the inner seating area smelled fine, the playplace area was nauseating. There wasn’t a discernible smell, it just stunk and had zero air flow. We then noticed every table was dirty. My daughter goes to change her daughter and there is no changing table. she then noticed the handicapped toilet was covered in feces. My daughter came out horrifed and while she was telling me about the bathroom, there was an employee right there so I advised her to tell the employee. Tho was the same employee who has to be told to notice there were no clean tables. Mind you, this was not a busy time. so my daughter tells this employee about the crap toilet and instead of going to clean the crap or telling management. the employee continues to push around a dirty mop. I ended up having a cordial toilet showing with management, but the place drink so bad, we left. Not to mention, the design of the playplace is aweful. The play area is shoved in a corner with betting surrounding it. If you need to access your child, forget it. We have a shop near this location and they frequently screw up orders but this was just the straw that broke the camel’s back… I have a photo of the crap, but I’ll save you

So let me start this review by saying this place is far from perfect. It is one of the older McDonald’s. I know this because I grew up right up the road. And now my families home is maybe 1.5 miles away. Yet if you just cut some slack to this place due to its age the truly sad part of McDonald’s is there are newer locations that look more run down then this one. Service has always been above average for any fast food. Yet today I received 5 star service thanks in HUGE part to the night manager Holly. I was planning on taking my wife and daughter to upper scale Italian restaurant. And unfortunately they had closed the bar and half things we enjoy there. We made it in time for the bar to be open yet because it was a slow night they decided to close early and not serve drinks. Everyone was disappointed. But my daughter saw this McDonald’s and she loves the play area. It was 8:45 and I was told they close their play area at 9pm. So upon entering both doors to the play area were locked. And this is after I promised my daughter she could go play. I asked the gentleman running the cashiers and he said sometimes they decide to close it early and once they clean it it’s not opened up until the morning. I asked not trying to be difficult for the manager he got her and Holly when explaining my situation said the same thing. However when I showed her it would make my daughters whole night she agreed to reopen it. I get her side once we go inside I’m sure they re-clean it and upon entry it did smell a little chemically which was reassuring that they cleaned. Amazing that this night we had planned to spend over 100 bucks for a family meal and yet 17.48 is all we spent to get even better customer service. We didn’t leave this place until 9:40 and I thank Holly for making my daughters night.

I normally don’t write reviews on fast food chains, but I just had to for this one. Honestly, I haven’t gone to a McDonald’s in a while! My co-workers sent me over to do a breakfast run today. I was dreading on going just cause it’s normally busy, and making sure everyone’s order is right before leaving would be a pain in my butt. Lol. Anywho, I would just like to say, this place was great! Not only were they super friendly, the got everything right, and was very patient with me. I probably had 10 different orders to make. I think the guy that took my order was a supervisor or a manager to help with the overflow… thank goodness I got him! haha. Otherwise, this may have been a different story! Long story short, I was super surprised with the awesome customer service, and quick turn-around in getting my order. Another gal behind the counter helped with the big order making sure everything on each receipt was in the bag & correct as well… cool tag-team effort! Wish all McDonalds’ were like this one. Keep up the great work!

Kids play area smelled like a dead mans feet… May need a shower after this visit. There must not be any ventilation or cleaning supplies in the building.

This Mcdonalds is ok for the most part via drive thru. But don’t waste your time going inside… the whole drink area is really old and looks like it’s about to fall apart. The ventilation in there sucks so the whole place usually smells pretty gross. Like another reviewer also said, this place is sometimes not serving certain items after midnight, and they’ll refuse to make them for you.

Just when I was going to say this was one of the cleanest McDonalds… It LOOKS clean. Ignorance is bliss I suppose… I saw the guy who was sweeping the floor, clean the benches and chairs by sweeping them with that same broom that he used near the bathrooms and trashcan. Yuck! :P Coffee was good tho. :)

For a McDonald’s this place seems much bigger than most. It is hard to enter the building. The main door is just as dangerous as the side door that exits directly into the drive-thru lane. Cars lining up to place orders pass right by the curb and a blind corner for those exiting the building. A third front door looks like an emergency exit but can be used to gain access. Inside the cleanliness struck me first as well as it seemed to be recently remodeled. But maybe not, maybe it just has been cleaned thoroughly, either way, this is what I expect. I was surprised considering my bad experience at the Magee/Oracle 24⁄7 Mickey D’s with a playground. So there was one cashier taking orders, a line wrapped out of the order area waiting to place orders and a manager stuck making six McFlurries for the drive-thru lane. I thought, «oh, no, this will take forever.» So I placed my order, got my drink, parked my granddaughter in a booth, came back to find 12 of us waiting, and counter full of empty trays. With their equipment blocking my view it didn’t seem like there were that many people working there but I could not see very well. All of a sudden that cashier started calling out names and quickly. Another pleasant surprise that a «rush» at an off peak time, it was 2 pm, did not catch the staff off guard. They dispensed the orders quickly. So they will get a return visit from me to see if they can match this experience. I’ve noticed that several new McDonald’s being built do not have playgrounds. Heads up McDonald’s, this is the only reason I come here because the food is nothing special and the granddaughter literally begs me to play here, she doesn’t eat the food.

they shouldn’t be open 24⁄7. it’s a waste of electricity! once it hits midnight, you’ll start hearing excuses like«we don’t have that», «we don’t have food right now because we’re getting ready for breakfast»… what the hell?! boooooo, what a waste of time.

Last time I was here I was hungover after a night of massive winning at the casino. Got the Big Breakfast and got a big stomach ache. To the wise, if you think you’re still hungry, wait 20 minutes! Do not get more food.
