McDonald’s

Just had about a 25 minute wait in their drive thru, with an order of 2 McFlurries. The surly young man at the first window informed me they were shortstaffed and offered no apology for the wait. Once i paid, it was about another 10 minute wait to the second window to get my food. When i finally got there, tbe guy told me the machine had JUST broken and i was unable to get my order. Huh. How convenient. Totally unbelievable. Got my refund and ill be going to the one by University from now on!

Okay. Let me start off by saying I’ve eaten a lot McDonald’s in my lifetime. I recently moved to Tucson about a year ago and I’ve made it my prerogative to visit every single McDonald’s that I possibly can while I’m in the Southwest let me tell you this is the best fucking McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I ordered just a regular big Mac meal Coke large fries just expecting another average McDonald’s experience. However this was not the case. When I put that single shredded potato deep fat fried morsel into my mouth I swear to God Jesus cried as did I. It was so greasy and salty yet not soggy but Crispy at the same time it was truly a work of art. If vent Vincent van Gogh was alive she would’ve agreed that this Friday was truly a masterpiece the likes of which should be on the exhibited in the most esteemed and prestigious universities and art museums in the entire world. Whether you are looking to quench your thirst in your electric scooter and diabetes mobile or whether you are certainly just satisfying the munchies after a smoke and toke session of some marijuana this is most definitely the place to do it.

This place gets worse every time I go. Slower service inside and out. Homeless people sleeping in booths and and manager did not even care. They were out of icecream for months, the inside found drink system stopped working for days. The staff is increasingly rude. I think I will stop going. I also called their service number and they never bother to call me back ever (5 calls over a years time).
Too bad.

No 0 stars option available. My cars in park and im reviewing from the drive through. About a 15minute wait just yo order and another 10 in line. Its mcdonalds the foods the same everywhere but the wait and extreamely rude employees put me in a bad mood. 0 stars avoid this place I had shrimp and lobster at feast this afternoon and they offered faster service. BTW im still in line for my food. Maybe add another 10 or 15 minutes to my wait time. Never returning to this shithole.

Ordered a sweet chili chicken wrap and large drink. Wait time more than average per number of people serving.
Order handed to me not complete. Order was put on counter, shouted out by food item and person left there. No bother to ask if I needed anything such as condiments etc. And… Neither the cashier or person filling order handed me beverage cup.
Food quality as expected which was good and consistent but… presentation was horrible. Wraps are placed in cardboard sleeves for easy eating. about ½ way down you remove the wrap from carton to finish it. Well this one wouldn’t come out and I wondered why. Tore open rest of carton to discover the reason. Wrap was not rightly wrapped and literally was torn at the bottom and contents spilling out all over inside of carton. Usually toys is a great to go food but thankfully today I was parked as I ate lunch and it was quite the mess.
I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before and I know this is not how the customer experience is supposed to go.
Step it up in there.

It was just like another Mc Donald’s! The environment was just clean. It wasn’t that busy at that time I visit and the cashier was very welcoming me as a valued customer!

This particular McDonalds management and staff are terrible, often serving old food (luke warm fries that taste stale, and bacon that has sat too long, …once causing food poisoning), and more often we receive menu items that are not full (half filled large fries, ¾ filled cherry berry chiller). The staff is unprofessional, never smiling, never courteous, and always unhelpful (dropped the drink container and bag on the counter in front of me and made me pack my own to go order with one arm while i held my son). The staff also makes frozen drinks ordered before they have begun the food, resulting in the drink sitting there melting while you wait for your food, instead of making the frozen drinks last so they’re still frozen & slushy while you eat.

I’m actually very shocked by the review before me. We have been patronizing this McDonald’s for 5 years at all hours. Staffing is definitely an issue at this location. However, our problems have always been with the breakfast staff. Stale, burnt English Muffins, hash browns cooked in old oil, rude service, etc. So bad that we go to another location for breakfast foods. Whenever we have gotten food at night, it’s been great. Piping hot fresh fries, burgers and chicken nuggets. The bacon has always been fresh and crispy. The shakes and smoothies are always great. No it isn’t ideal food, but sometimes we have to give in to the kids. I feel really bad for the previous person and urge calling/​e-​mailing the corporate office.

My order was right and my son didn’t yell at me! Is there anything better than 2 MCD hamburgers when you are really hungry? OOOps, yes there is McRibs!!! I want my McRibs!!!

Never had a bad experience at this location and the drive-​thru is 24 hours which is great for those late night cravings: P
