McDonald’s

The negative reviews above are crap. This McDonalds is clean, fast, pleasant, courteous. Great place to sit and «coffee» with friends.

I just recently bought dinner about 5 minutes ago and had a feeling I would be disappointed… I was correct! This particular McDonald’s always has cold food… especially the fries. I wouldn’t come to this location if we had one closer than oro valley… unfortunately I ordered fresh hot fries with my meal (silly me) at the intercom. I paid for my food and pulled up to the pickup window and reiterated that I ordered fresh fries… well they gave me a half full stale carton of fries… that were just barely warm and felt hard like they were cooked earlier and put back in the fryer to heat it up again. I tried one to double check and handed it back to the girl in the window and said I asked for fresh fries. The girl that was working that part of the station gave me a dirty look… how dare I apparently… I’m sorry she’s an idiot and can’t do her job… and its incredible because I’m the paying customer who should get fresh food that I PAID for… I work out everyday and look amazing! This is my cheat food and I expect it to be good… I cannot stand how the only individuals working there are high schoolers who just do not care. No work ethics… just entitlement. typical. There are no adults with strong work ethics to efficiently oversee standard of operations and treatment towards customers… I spoke with the manager who was right out of high school. I explained my dilemma and he just chuckled and said he would take care of it… REALLY??? Yeah riiiight… not to mention while I was waiting I could hear inappropriate conversation by the window… not suited for the workplace. I will no longer be a customer in your disgusting excuse for a restaurant.

Bad smell and flies are the down side. Plus food tends to be fresher than other McDonald’s. Be nice if restaurant was cleaner.

It’s OK service but it seems like the managers are racist, especially if your trying to get a job here.
