Messages Remembered Flower Shop

I ordered a bouquet from
over the phone through Messages Remembered Flower Shop. I placed my order with the owner. I explained that I was looking at the «Madly in Love» bouquet picture on line and wanted to purchase the highest quality of three choices (the premium). The picture showed 24 roses in a «red hot» vase that was a beautiful red color. When my wife brought home the bouquet the next day, I thought a mistake had been made. It appeared to me that received the lowest quality of the three choices (the standard). The bouquet I received only had 15 roses that were already looking old, and the vase was not“red hot”. It wasn’t even red. When I called to resolve the issue I was told by the owner that the pictures on line can be deceiving (now she tells me) and that she filled the order correctly. That did not satisfy me so I explained that the picture shows at least 9 more roses than what I received and that I wasn’t happy. The owner was not at all concerned that I had been mislead by the picture on line or that I was not happy. She was rude and unprofessional to top it all off. Buyer beware.

Purchased a floral arrangement and the arrangement came from this flower shop. I was not happy with the flowers that I bought and spoke with a female worker and advised that I was not happy, she was so rude that I hung up. I will never use them again.

What a great idea — flowers imprinted with any message you want (or a picture)! If you are looking for a unique gift — this is the place. The service is wonderful — I called and an hour later my flowers were ready with a personal message no less.
