Low integrity on behalf of the logistical staff, not so much the tech we had… They argue with their customers! For example: I received a call regarding final balance and I said«I’ll pay online», and she responded saying that I cannot do that. I told her, «I’m pretty sure that all of my payments to you have been online». She continued to argue and finally her manager got on the phone. I told her manager, «I use online bill pay, I know how I pay my bills». At this point I was not appreciating them basically calling me a liar, it isn’t exactly the customer service I expected. Instead of apologizing, she said«She was just confused, so you can go ahead and pay the remaining balance»…so if that tells you anything about the crappy service at Moxie, then I highly suggest YOUDONOTUSETHEM!

Moxie has tremendous customer service. There policy states that if they come out and spray and you see a bug alive in your house, they will come back out as many times as needed to spray again at no additional cost. I thought for sure this wouldn’t be true, but it absolutely is. After having them spray one time, we were seeing lots of small scorpions in the house, with one phone call, I had another appointment to have them come out and spray again. They also call to let you know when they are coming out for your regularly scheduled service so that you can be sure to unlock your back gates or have someone at the house if you want them to spray inside. I have forgotten to unlock my gates on multiple occasions and they have had no problem coming back out to my house to spray again. The technician also noticed that there were lots of bugs in the garage, so at no additional cost, he put sticky pads by the areas where bugs crawl in and treated near the doors coming in to the house with a special foam to keep the bugs out. These guys are super friendly, trustworthy, and definitely dedicated to keeping the bugs at bay.
