Edward showed up on time, was incredibly courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to fix our broken dishwasher but also helped out with our subzero refrigerator replacing the air filter and making a couple suggestions on how to keep it running better. The price was fair and exactly what was quoted — would definitely use them again!

A year ago, I consulted Unilocal for a good repair person and was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Edward at Mr. Appliance. This morning I woke up to a broken refrigerator. Once again, Edward came out, repaired my freezer, and helped me figure out why my dishwasher wasn’t cleaning efficiently. He could not have been more professional, personal, or helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!
