My business with Mr. Pack Rat concluded 8÷7÷15, and I was amazed at the knowledge, thoroughness, and detail of Kris (owner) and his staff. Besides solving the problem, Matt gave advice on preventing future problems. The website is very helpful too. I believe the price was very fair. I will be recommending them to friends and neighbors without any hesitation.

I called Mr Pack Rat Inc to come to my home to check out a potential pack rat issue that was under my lady slipper plant and they promptly sent Matt out who verified that i indeed had one. He explained about the live traps that he set and how everything worked.
The next day I had a pack rat in the trap and Matthew and Dawson came out to retrieve it. They completely removed the plant and showed me the makings of the nest. Thankfully there wasn’t any damage.
I have to say all three of these guys were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed and thankful for all of their help.
Even when I called the office and spoke with Carol (I believe that was her name) she was more than helpful.
Great customer service.
I would highly recommend them.
