I cracked my iPhone screen and needed it to be replaced. I went here instead of the Apple Store because they had good reviews and said they could get it done in 30 – 60 minutes. They also have a deal where you get a free screen protector. Seemed like a good deal to me. I went in and they said they could help and that it would be ready in a little over 30 minutes. So I walked around the mall just window shopping because I figured it would be done in no time. I come back and they said they had put a defective screen on and it didn’t fit right so they have to do it again. So I did another lap after they tried selling me more of their products. I ended up sitting in to food court because I had already walked the mall twice. About an hour and 15 minutes total go by and I see the tech walking past me. He said my phone was ready so I went back to the store. The phone looked good and I was pleased. Now it was time to pay and this took another 30 minutes because of miscommunication between the two workers. I finally got to pay without any discount for the inconvenience. The worker kept saying sorry but you can only say sorry so many times for terrible service. After I payed they said have a good day and I was confused because there was no screen protector on my screen which was part of what I paid for. So I said something and the worker said«Oh, you want that?» Uhm yes, I paid for it. Then he asked if I wanted him to put it on the screen to which I said yes. He kept saying how good he was at it but it took another 5 minutes and another«defective» part to get it on. It’s crooked and has bubbles. I could have done it better. The receipt they gave me has a $ 5 coupon for the store. I will not be giving that to anyone or using myself because it was the worst service I’ve had and I don’t wish that on anyone. Don’t go here. Just go to the Apple Store. It’s only $ 109 there and $ 125 here.

We walked into this Mall location and dropped off My Ipad Air for a new screen on a Saturday. They were swamped so I didn’t get my tablet back for a few days. The IPAD worked fine in the shop, but the next day I noticed that the screen wasn’t responsive, the Kindle was auto scrolling, games were being played without«startup», etc. Email was whack. I panicked, but looked online and saw good customer service reviews. I stopped in with my ipad and received no argument regarding repair. In fact, there’s a nice warranty in play. They took the time to listen and to explain what may have been the problem. Two days later I picked up my re-repaired IPAD air and there’s been NO difficulties since. I had the impression from talking to them that customer service was very important to them. I never felt once like I was a dummy with technology, which sometimes happens when you walk into a tech shop with grey hair. Recommend.

Super awesome business! Polite, friendly staff AND they fixed my son’s iPad! The case was bent so 2 other places refused to even try to fix it and the guys at My Gadget Gear did warn me it might be fixable but they tried and they fixed it! Competitive prices and fast friendly service = very happy customer :)

Second experience with my gadget gear, they stand by there work and products. I paid for my phone insurance monthly until my screen, when I cracked, the insurance company wanted 200 and it was going to be a refurbished phones, these guys took my phone and fixed it. I’m suprised that many people don’t leave their good feedback on here. I’ve seen happy customers walk out of there every time I visit.
