My Tucson Movers

Let me start by saying that the actual two guys that came were great and did a great job. The reason for two stars is that a move that 6 months prior from a different company, that cost me $ 225 then, cost me $ 408 this time. The two men showed up at 10:20 and were done by 12:20, yet I got charged for a full third hour. Also the fuel charge was a whopping $ 68 to go 6.1 miles (explained by a gentleman on the phone as the total mileage charge and truck charge, yet I payed a separate $ 85 for the truck). In Tucson, premium gas is $ 2.78, so $ 68 worth of it is roughly 25 gallons, that is enough to make it to phoenix and back on any truck!!! Overall I believe that their fees are questionable at best! I would not recommend them to anyone and still cannot understand how they are able to get away with charging me $ 408 when I went from the same address to the same address, with the same furniture 6 months ago for $ 225 with a different company (about the same quotes I got all around as well after calling about 6 different companies today to get quotes.) DO NOT USE THEM. Will be filing a complaint with BBB as well.

Another satisfied customer! Really hard workers showed up and moved us before the scheduled time. Everything arrived in the same condition as it left our old place. The guys were friendly and focused on getting the job done. Everything went well. I can’t say enough good things about full service moving company. They are really good!

Worst moving company I have ever hired, they claim that we had bed bugs, but in fact we had the pest control come out to check we had no bed bugs, the guy who came out walk in the house for 5 seconds and left said were infested. I explained to him that we had a expert check and were clean, when did this guy become a professional pest inspector? So he left and said «you have bed bugs I’ll give you a number to another company who move you in today» NO not cool when we didn’t have any. I’ll also be doing a complain on BBB about this company, land the guy who came out to move us, his wife is a manager of the apartment complex were at, and yes this apartment complex is known for bed bugs but not everyone has it. So customer service 1 out of five stars.

My Tucson Movers is a great moving company, the owner has a lot of integrity. They moved a friend in the Tucson area without any headaches, everything went smooth.
