Nike Factory Store

This place is very hit or miss. Ive been to this store six times and half the time the staff seems very helpful and knowledgable, the other times the staff was just sitting around talking amongst themselves not helping anyone.

They have so many employees just standing around and gossiping. It’s ridiculous. They won’t even acknowledge you or ask if you need help. Not only does the customer service suck but this is the most crowded store at the mall.

Ugh. Heartbroken after coming here. Why? Well because I’ve been a loyal Nike fan for the past 5 years. I only buy Nike shoes for working out & i’ve bought a ton of sports bras from them too. Now? Not so much. We came on a slow night and there must have been at least 15 workers pretending to be ‘busy’. And they gave my hubbs and I dirty looks. Not one of them said «hi’ to me or asked if I needed help (which I did). It was their loss too because I had some Christmas money to burn so I didn’t really care about their prices. Finding a new lover! Adidas or UnderArmour here I come ;)

I would give this 0 stars if that were an option. Bought a gift for my daughter for Christmas took them back to get the correct size shoe and the dumb manager yes the manager tried to say they could not just exchange the shoes for the same shoes in a different size no one had even checked to see if they had the size. This was only after the first person we met with told my daughter they would give her credit for $ 30 on an $ 89 pair of shoes because there was accidentally left in the shoebox by me a gift receipt for the kitchen store not the Nike store… Can you believe it? They were going to give her credit for $ 30 in the store and take her $ 89 pair of shoes from her and the credit was not even on a receipt for their own store? Are these people ridiculous or what? They finally searched after my husband made a stink with the manager and she actually finally searched and found the same pair in their store at the size that my daughter needed… Shake my head needless to say we will not be back here… Horrible management… Horrible policies.
