On the Side Plumbing

Well, I wish I could rate them based on their work. Unfortunately, I can only rate them on their (lack of) professionalism when it comes to making a commitment to do an estimate. Initial call went well, I thought. Explained what needed to be done, chatted a bit more about it and then was told that they could come out between 3 – 5 pm that day to do a free estimate. Gave them the location info, my number, and instructions on how to get into the back yard where the work was to be done (just through a gate). And that was it. Heard nothing else. No call to say they couldn’t make it or that an emergency cropped up. Nothing.
They may do great work IF they get to your place. But I wouldn’t know since they didn’t show.
NOTE: This review is extremely similar to another review of mine for another plumbing service. That’s intentional. I had the same experience with both. Set up appointments for estimates with both. Neither showed or called.

Ben is an honest and reliable plumber, something I never thought I would find! He doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need, if it can be fixed he will fix it and not tell you it has to be replaced. He even answers his own phone! He has done quite a bit of work for us on a rental, and since we live out of state, his reliability has been a great relief!
