We asked the company to come to our home to look at window locks that had broken. We were unable to determine the manufacturer and thought this company could help. Rick, the sales manager, came out and reviewed the locks. He took photos so that he could match the locks to the manufacturer, order new locks, and return to install them. After some initial miscommunication, he was able to find the appropriate locks and install them. We are very pleased with their work and commitment to excellence.
