Had a contract with Orkin in Texas. They took care of any pest problem pretty well. The trouble started when I moved to AZ. They took my last payment from TX and promised me someone from AZ would call to have my contract moved to AZ. Weeks passed… no calls from Orkin. Lazy liars wouldn’t even finish out the contract we had! I fired them today, and the customer service lady didn’t even offer a remedy to the problem, she just let me go.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LAZY LIARS HERE! Avoid Orkin.

Orkin does the pest service for my house every other month. They are thorough, reliable and knowledgable. I also like the fact that it you happen to see any pests during the time between appointments they will come out and treat again for no additional cost. (This has never happened since the first treatment is always so effective).
