I had a better experience here a few nights ago with a new waiter. He was very attentive, made sure everything came out just fine. It was pretty busy but he didn’t seem to have an issue keeping up with the crowd. I guess the thing with chain restaurants is that you never really know what kind of service you will get that night. Its usually either really good, or really bad. I just come here for their blooming onion.

I am so impressed with the Manager, Aviv! I called the evening before our night out and spoke to him about my granddaughters soy allergy. He instructed me to ask for him when we arrived and he would personally check any items we had questions about. Between he and, Nick, I don’t remember dining anywhere where I felt so ATTENDED to! Outback has many items available soy free and it was a pleasure to dine in a Chain that took our needs so personal! THANKYOU! Great meal, service & reasonable!

The food and Service were really good. I just don’t see how 2 people at Outback is almost $ 50 on the bill. I think the prices have crept up a bit from what I remember. Still, great place, just or prepared for about $ 25 a person.

Just had lunch today, the service wasn’t what it used to be. We waiting too long for the food/dessert to be served. Our drinks were not refilled & request for more bread didn’t come. We feel that the waiter only give his attention to tables with 3 or more people so that he’ll get more tips. Bad service.

This outback is pretty good. Not all of them in Tucson can cook their steaks as ordered, but this location seems to get it right. The service can be a little slow, but as long as the food keeps staying consistent I will keep coming back.

These guys knocked it out of the park tonight. We had a birthday party with some special seating needs and they couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive. The food was awesome as always and we all left LOVING Outback. Steak and lobster rocks

We ordered a full rack of ribs. What we got was a maximum of 8 ribs. In other restaurants what we got was a half rack. Very disappointed. But must say they were tasty. The service was great. For the price $ 20.00 the amount of food was lacking.

My wife and I come here often and never had any problems. However, we came in on a Sunday afternoon and we soon realized why it was so dead here. Ordering went smoothly, but one of my pet peeves is when I’m eating an appetizer, in this case my salad, and the entrée comes out. Timing was not good. My wife ordered her steak medium, but it came out medium well. Sent it back, and about 15 minutes later it came out rare. Sent it back a second time so hopefully we get something good to come out the third time!

Food was really good except for the appetizer. We had the coconut shrimp and it was a bit under fried. The prime rib was good and steak tacos excellent. Potato soup was good and the salad above excellent. The service was just a bit off however. Had to ask for drink refills even though we were sitting at the bar… twice…busy night but no excuse. This is a real stickler with me. Don’t wait for customers to ask when the glasses are empty. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly.

Good food, had the Aussie fries and the no rules pasta. Staff was friendly. Prices aren’t crazy. I enjoy having lunch here.

Serves was horrible and slow. Food was ok but just tossed on the plate. Presentation was terrible. Won’t ever eat at an Outback again.

Always great service, come early or plan a good 10 or so minutes waiting for a table, they have great cocktails — a bit pricey but worth it, the steaks are great, we love their garlic mashed potatoes and coconut shrimp and the Caesar salad is out if this world! Skip the multi grain bread and butter and save the room in the belly for your dinner!

We have always enjoyed the food here ! My family plans get-togethers at this restaurant because we are always well taken care of and our food is always good. We appreciate the quick and friendly service and will continue to come back!

I ordered the 6oz steak and my husband ordered some type of glazed pork chop. Needless to say I was disappointed in ordering a rare and getting a medium rare instead and I know from past experiences that it wouldn’t have come out right any way you look at it. I could live with the level of cooking but couldn’t taste the steak through the over use of pepper. Even the texture of the steak was marred by the pepper. My husbands stuff was the same over seasoning. The fries were also old and cold as well as slathered in grease. At least the Mac and cheese we got for our daughter was ok– although by the time I tried hers it really was too late for my tastebuds because all I could still taste was the pepper. Really disappointed in spending close to 40 bucks for basically eating cracked pepper in the shape of a steak. If you are going to advertise that you sell rare steak– which has a cool center and attempt to pass off a medium to medium rare as the steak I ordered– I will forever disappointed. If you have some sort of guide line that it has to be at a specific temp going out of the kitchen fine– but don’t lead us into believing we order rare and will get it because you flat out don’t deliver. Husband said the cheese cake was good though and our server was great. Still feel robbed out of a good meal though. Stop using so much pepper!

Look… this is a chain steakhouse. For what it is, it works. First we got the blooming onion, which was sooo greasy. Yikes. It was pretty good but nothing I would order again. My husband’s potato soup was watery which was disappointing. My salad was okay but it’s hard to screw up a salad. My husband got a medium rare NY steak which was lovely and tender. My medium well outback special sirloin was a little tough to be honest. I felt like it was something I could have made at home. The mashed potatoes were good. Overall I would maybe return but definitely order the NY strip. By the way, the service was good. There was a mix up at first when the waiters couldn’t figure out who had our table but they apologized profusely and gave us free drinks so I’m happy with that.

Despite what everybody says, I’ve always like outback, while the food is not the best in town, it is definitely good enough. We had meat and it was good, as well as the bread they have. Probably a bit pricey, since you can have better food in other establishments for the same price. Would probably go again.

Went here for dinner after almost a decade of not going to Outback, given the other choices available(Texas Roadhouse, Logan’s, Longhorn) with this«type» of restaurant. In summary, it is pricier than our regular go-to steakhouse and did not stand out as offering anything different. Honestly the 2 stars is because of price, selection and taste. We have«experienced better» I will start by saying that the service was solid — our server was very courteous and attentive, even though she had had four tables seated at almost the same time which had to be challenging. So in terms of service, 4 stars. The food seems pricey to me in comparison to their competitors for what you get. We ordered the onion blossom starter which ran $ 8($ 5 at TX Roadhouse), came out pretty quick and was good, but what fried food isn’t? My husband ordered the top sirloin, 12 oz(again a few bucks more expensive than the competitor) and it came with a very skimpy salad and he ordered a mashed potato side. I did try a bite of his steak and it was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. I ordered this new salad — chopped BBQ chicken. It was fantastic, except I had to order dressing because they had not tossed it with any as described on the menu. Probably won’t return with Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn literally right down the street offering with more competitive pricing for what they give you. If I did return it would be to eat that awesome BBQ chicken salad again for lunch. Oh and we prefer the bread at the ‘other’ steakhouse!

This Outback Steakhouse is the best in Arizona. Matt Stringham and Crew are the best! Prices are absolutely reasonable and the food is excellent. Service is excellent also. I would choose outback over any high end wanna be steakhouse out there. People who are convinced that they need to pay $ 50.00 for a steak dinner need to head over to Outback and see Matt and Crew. A+++++++++++

This place is what you expect a chain restaurant to be. nothing out of the ordinary, although customer service is really good here, a friend ordered her steak medium well and it was more rare than she liked so they completely changed it for her in a very gracious way. I did not have much luck, had the outback special medium and it was sooo dry and chewy, not good, the potato and salad are fine. Nothing special here.
