When you own and operate a small business, your vendor partners, such as those who help with your shipping or expedited mailing services, can play an important role in helping you look like a doof or a rock star. I was in quite the pickle last week and needed to overnight important documents across the country with short notice. I had already checked in with UPS and USPS and their cutoff times were exhausted an hour earlier. I emailed the team at Pakmail and got a quick note back confirming my timing would work for their 4:30pm cutoff, provided the stars would align and I could actually get my package ready. Here’s the kicker, I didn’t even have my clients signed documents yet! I raced over to the shop, and the clerk was kind enough to let me forward my email to him and print the extra signed pages for me that I had just received, signed and delivered. AND… I later found out that the 3pm option elsewhere would have cost $ 10 more, to boot. Thanks, PakMail. The check, quite literally, is in the mail.

We previously submitted a review for a Pak Mail store on Ft Lowell Rd. The review unfortunately appeared on the Pak Mail at Oracle and Ina. The Oracle & Ina Pak Mail store seemed to be very concerned about the poor service we reported. We want to apologize for any confusion with this store. Our poor service was with the other Pak Mail store on Ft Lowell.

i couldn’t possibly be more disappointed than i was with these guys. i have not been as disappointed as I am with this business in a very long time. was sellers preferred shipper for items i purchased(a printer and some other items). when he started discussing shipping costs, it was over $ 300 higher than I expected to hear. after great questioning, he insisted this shipping was absolutely necessary and could not possibly be cheaper. I just opened the boxes to find out why. I was floored. there were 2 boxes, a printer shipped properly, and the other box… i dont even understand. $ 150 of the extra shipping in it was to protect a $ 5 item which was obviously damaged beyond use. something the hulk couldn’t have broken if he ate an extra bowl of wheaties in the morning and worth $ 5 and they cost me an extra $ 150 to ship the single thing with it that wasn’t worth the scrap metal it’s made of. i had planned on not leaving a review based on my experience before the boxes got here because i need to have a relationship with a shipper local to Tuscon, but this needs to be shared. If you ship here, ask questions. ask for pictures of what is being shipped and how. if it seems unreasonable, you’re probably about to have an experience like mine.

For a shipping place I guess the big thing that differentiates one place from another is the service. This place has helpful friendly people behind the counter. They were pretty quick too.
