Panda Express

Food is ok. It’s fast food. However, we had a buy one get one free coupon from a fund raising book that clearly said this location is included and manager refused to take it. It was it expired either. He told us to take it another location even after we showed him his location was listed. Will never go there again.

This has happened enough here that I’m actually writing a review just about their customer service. I know panda express is just a fast food chain and all but come on man. This is easily the 3^rd or 4 the time this has happened but I pulled into the drive through at 9:10 in the evening and waited 20 minutes to move 6 – 7 car lengths before finally reaching the ordering screen. I was informed that they only had fried rice, chow mein, and one egg roll. I understand they closed soon but half an hour!!! When you have 7+ cars in the drive through you serve them. Was just disappointing…

Do not come here. My order was incorrect and honestly I think they did it on purpose because most of the food was stale! I spent $ 20 that went to the trash because I didn’t eat my food. No wonder they don’t get business, they probably have cockroaches too.

Service is hit and miss, food quality is also hit and miss. But, it’s panda. You eat here if you like the food. It’s a cheap take-​out option for my family.

My husband and I don’t come here often but we haven enjoyed our experience well enough in the past. Tonight I decided I wanted Panda and had seen that I had 15 minutes before they closed (I live less than a minute a way). I quickly pulled into the drive thru and sat there in silence for about a minute maybe a minute and a half and no one answered, so I thought (being a previous employee for a long period of time in fast food restaurants) maybe they close the drive thru early and leave the lobby open, so I drove around and parked. Before I tried the doors I confirmed the closing time was 10:00pm. I pulled on the door. Locked. Both doors locked. Everyone inside, without their headsets, not even looking up from their cleaning. If you are going to close at 10:00 then close at 10:00 not 9:30 or 9:45… When I worked in fast food we didn’t take off our headsets or start cleaning until it was time to lock those doors at the posted time, not a minute before because that was bad service. I am very upset.

Food was terrible, not fresh, not warm.
Wait for our eggs rolls which was fine because it was the only edible portion of the meal and it was fresh.
The best part about this place was the customer service. An older gentlemen who seemed to be in charge was so friendly and helpful! I honestly can’t wait for the next craze. Panda Express is sooo over-​rated, I’m always disappointed!

Good service at the drive thru. The staff are always friendly and they get my order correct! The location is nice to have in vail as there’s not much else close by. The orange chicken is my favorite. I find sometimes (compared to other locations) this one lacks on sauce. Always return

Walk in at dinner time 430pm and not one piece of Kung Pau in the bowl. No server in view and neither cook cooking the empty Kung Pau or anything else. I hadn’t ate breakfast or lunch and was starving so I walked out. I called to tell the manager And this girl says she’s the manager so I tell her what kind of manager doesn’t have the cooks cooking empty items up here and she hangs up on me! Called corporate and I hope I never see her there again or i won’t be.

I won’t ever go here again. They always get my order wrong in the drive through, it’s never failed. The last time I went there was a hair in my rice. I never complained before but the hair was my last straw. I went inside (without attitude) and asked the manager if I could get something new because I found a hair. She said «…sure», rolled her eyes, took my box, and threw it away with such attitude. She asked me what all I had and gave me a new one. I told her thank you and she just looked at me with a half smile. Bad night lady? Jeez! Needless to say, the people need hearing aids working the drive through and the manager needs to have some days off!

So I’m not sure who I should be disappointed in, the individual who cuts in line or the server who serves the person who cut you in line, especially when they are very much aware you were there 1^st? It’s just Panda Express, but that’s pretty marginal service.

I had terrible service at the drive through. When I got home my order was completely wrong, the vegetables were raw with NO flavor. I should have stopped at the one in town but was hoping to have warm food by the time I got home. I will never go back to this Panda.
The Vail area needs to stop hiring the kids from the high schools and hire people who actually care, just my opinion.

It’s Panda Express, fast food Chinese food but pretty tasty if you are looking for an alternative to fast food in general.
We are a captive audience in Vail on the Southeast side and this place is always very busy during meal times.
We like it because the staff are always really on it, and move you through the line quickly, the food has always been solid and fresh and the place is clean.

The close at 9:30 now even though online says 10. If you get there a few minutes before 9:30 they wouldn’t serve you. Completely rude as well! They have lost my business!

So usually I don’t like to add reviews for chain restaurants but hey I’m gonna give it a try. If this place was a stand alone restaurant I would give them almost 4 ½ stars for service. Every time I’ve come here before busy lunch hours the staff has been so friendly and nice. I even got some good luck going through the drive-​through and had no issues whatsoever.
Going into the restaurant, this location is a bit small and can get crowded during busy lunch hours. There are a few hightop tables for those one or two people grabbing a quick lunch and some larger tables for people who want to stay a little longer. The buffet style Chinese food is usually what you expect from a panda express. The quality of the food is directly based on the guy warming it and frying it up in the back.
Overall this is a great place to pick up a quick lunch on your way home from Walmart out in Vail. And if you support one of the local high school football teams, panda express is always listed on their discount card.
Faves: Orange chicken and cream cheese Rangoon’s.

Good food, hot and fresh and the staff was really nice, even helped accommodate my weird asparagus allergy. Would definitely recommend, plus they’re close to the highway. Try the Shanghai beef, it’s delish!

Great when they opened but service has declined. Front guy Hugo is as dry and rude as I’ve seen in a while. He may be motivated but not suited for the front of the food line. Kid’s meal cookie was open. Tables were dirty and the place only had 2 other tables full. I hope they improve the cleanliness and customer service soon.

Love the service such friendly staff. Food is great and yummy not to mention fast. I can do some shopping and grab a bite to eat when I’m all done. Love that it’s close to our home as well. I will be a regular.

Vail area has a new fast food Chinese food place to head to. Make sure to try the Mushroom Chicken!

My family really likes the new décor that panda express has adopted. They also really like the food. We are bog fans of the Orange Chicken, Angus Steak and the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken.
