This was the most unfriendly place I’ve ever gone for an appointment of any kind. The chiropractor barely acknowledged me and never asked me what my problem was! He immediately started to crack my back so I had to tell him about my neck problem. That took him about 2 minutes and then they told me to lay on a mechanical massage table. No evaluation, no x-rays, no more business from me.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Jenkins. I looked up their website and was pretty satisfied with my decision to try them out. Well when I got there, it was a completely different experience than what I expected. The receptionist wasn’t helpful, nice, or really anything but unwelcoming. Once I saw Dr. Jenkins, he looked over my new patient paperwork briefly, verified a couple of things then had me get on the table. He adjusted me real quick then had me to into another room to lay down on the roller bed. Once he turned the roller bed on, he just turned the lights off and left. So once the bed timer was done I waited in there because I didn’t know what else I was supposed to do. Well another patient let the receptionist know I was still in there and she rudely came in and got me and told me that next time just come out to the desk when it’s done. That would have been helpful to know… you would think Dr. Jenkins would have some something right? He didn’t talk to me other than the could of verifications and telling me to go into the roller bed room. Not to mention, on their website they state the following: «we are offering a free consultation with Dr. Jenkins for new patients. This consultation includes an initial exam, x-rays(up to two views), and a personalized treatment plan. You will also have an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you might have with Dr. Jenkins.» Well let me tell you that that’s a bunch of bull! There was no consultation, no exam, no x-rays, no personalized treatment plan involved. Just 2 people that look genuinely disinterested in you almost to the point that you feel uncomfortable being there. Now I know they can be nice. I heard it for myself when I was in the roller bed room waiting. I’m actually convinced that you have to be old(er) in order for them to be decent people/providers to you. So yeah maybe if you’re older(like over 50) you will do just fine. Anyone younger, don’t bother. Another thing… When I left there, I felt worse than when I went in. I had a headache(that I still have) and my back hurts more. I went in today for a follow up with him(giving him the benefit of a doubt that maybe they were having a bad day). Well I walked in a few minutes early only to find out that Dr. Jenkins wasn’t feeling well and cancelled all of his appointments for the day. Ogre receptionists claimed that she tried to call everyone but uhm you would think she would start with the morning appointments? Yeah no I missed 2 hours of work for nothing… thanks! She didn’t even offer to reschedule. She sat there and looked at me like why are you still here? Yeah don’t waste your time there! Bad service, bad everything!
