WARNING: It is really easy to make an appointment with this company but quite difficult to cancel it. They (of course) take a credit card when you make the appointment. I had to call in 3 times, leave a message AND type PLEASE CANCEL all over my intake form before I finally got written confirmation.
Also, take note that this company WILL NOT process your insurance for you. This, to me, is too much of a hassle. I will go elsewhere. Check the reviews for yourself. I wish I had before I made the appointment. Passport Health is notorious for the «hard sell» and their prices are much higher than elsewhere.
