Staff is friendly and good care for me, the salon is clean and manager is professional to booked appointment on time and great job.

NEVER AGAIN… my acrylic nails are lumpy uneven and there’s a air bubble from the glue I asked him to fix it and he told me «oh that’s normal» total bullshit!!!(he didn’t fix my nail even after I ask him to, he said next time when I come he would) which I don’t understand since it was empty… I always get black tip nails and never have an issue and not only that, the dummy didn’t cut my nails nor clean the nail polish off completely. he didn’t even clean off the black tips so I have white crap all over them that makes me look dirty! (He put the acrylic gel before wiping clean off the shavings on the black tips) And the cherry on top the gel he put on top within a week started to wear off and chip… the weird part to is that when he put the gal on he started to wip it off to supposedly take off the stickiness of the gel… been to many places never had that done… I feel like he did that so when my nails went to crap I would have to come in sooner rather than later to make fast money… I feel like I was rob $ 50 and my Saturday since my mood before I entered was excited and happy to extremely upset, mad and felt like I was robbed! ruined my whole day and my confidence kind of went down a little because people gave me grossed out looks when they say my nails… very self conscious… call me a drama queen if u want but I’m being honest and raw with my experience and emotions. never again will I go there… go somewhere else girl ur nails deserve better! Aha…

I usually go to Classy Nails by Lee but needed a fill like no other and was at the mall… last time I ever cheat on MR. Lee! It took them almost 2 hours to do my fills TWO hours! I was only waiting for about 10 min then the lady started doing my nails. Instead of taking off my nail polish she used her tool to get most but not all of it off you can still see my old nail polish… She shaved down my nail bed so much it hurt then before she actually started to do the fills she went and painted someone else’s nails. in fact two other people’s nails so I was waiting for her for like 45 min. With my nails half done. then she came back started and left again … finally she finished my fills which btw looks awful and I was so annoyed I told her not to paint my nails that I would just do it at home. The very next day one of my tips started chipping. Never going here again!

My three stars refers to my pedicure that I got there. My friend and visited their yesterday for a mani/​pedi. I got the normal spa pedicure and that was pretty good. Typical «massage» chairs (which I am not fond of, but whatevs) with a foot bath. Our pedicurists were very nice, especially my friend’s as she doesn’t like the cuticle snippers. I would recommend this place for a pedicure, nice and clean and straightforward.
I wouldn’t not, however, go back for a manicure, at least with the technician I had. She was not the same as my pedicurist. I chose a french with shellac, which somehow ended up with a chip (not sure when that would have happened, so I don’t blame the tech). My big complaint is that she was REALLY rough and heavy-​handed with the cuticle clippers. My cuticles are sore, red and peeling today. Have to remember to skip that like my friend. The hot towel treatment was okay. They wrap your hand in a hot towel and a plastic bag, then massage in lotion and stuff. The whole shebang ran me about $ 63 before tip, not exactly a bargain compared to snazzier salons.

Consistently rude. I was there today, two people were in, only one was willing to work I was there at 10:15. The one who was sitting there doing nothing told me to come back at 12:00.

This nail salon is convenient inside the Tucson Mall. Good price for a manicure and pedicure. We were there on a Tuesday afternoon and had no wait for the two of us to get mani-​pedis. Great massage on arms and legs, and very good nail work. Unfortunately, my nail polish chipped the next day. I also felt their nail polish selection was limited and not name-​brand, which might explain the chipping.
A friend went there 3 days later, and the very same thing happened. Great nail work but the polish chipped the next day. She commented that their nail polish was cheap (low quality).
