Perfection Pools

Perfection Pools has been a terriible business that provided ittle to no service My home warranty company contracts Perfection Pools The guy came out and fixed 1 of 2 items requested for repair. I called Perfection Pools when I got home and found out the repair to my pool was not made. I left a message and got a returned call 3 days later. When he did finally call back I asked why the pool was not repaired. He said it was not on the work order. I said yes I requested repair for my pool and jacuzzi. He said i should have explained exactly what was wrong to the warranty company. I told him I’m not a pool repair person so I do not know exactly what was wrong. He said I should know exactly how my pool equipment runs and to call back the warranty company and be specific I said it’ seems to me you want to get called back out over and over to get paid over and over. I called the warranty company and gave more specifics and they called the same guy out. He called us and left a message. My husband and I each returned his call twice in 1 day. He took 3 days to return our phone call and when he did call back he had no availability to come out. He said I only work 6am till 2pm. I said I will be home till 640 am and he said No I can’t get there till 7Am. Bottom line he wants to come to homes and do nothing while the homeowner is not home and expect payment left in an envelope.

Perfection Pools have taken care of our pool for the fifteen years since we built our house. I have never had cause to employ anyone else. They have performed reliably and thoroughly consistently throughout our relationship.
